This happened to me too. Does anyone know who they are?

Caller doesn't say anything or leave a message. Looked FAFCO up on the internet. Looks like they are an in-ground pool solar heater dealer.

I just received a call from 407-788-3038 and decided to pick it up.  They said they were calling from FAFCO and asked if my energy bill was higher than usual last month.  I let him keep talking and then he said that his company offers a free energy check.  At that point I told him I was on the National Do Not Call Registry and to remove my number from their solicitation calls list.  He then hung up on me.

Caller asked me what my electric bill was.  I asked who he was and he said he could help me out with the high prices energy bills I pay.  My caller ID showed it was FAFCO, what ever that is.  I told him I didn't need his help and he hung up on me.

I am a former employee of FAFCO Tampa. And I can say FAFCO is a great company where it started in Cali... However. The people there are not nice they lie to you to make you spend your money. The customer service sucks now that they have replaced almost everyone. The GM was an irogant butt hole..... with sexual agendas with almost every female that came in there. If you want solar I would suggest their product, but not installation or customer service.
I know every dept and the marketing dept is not good.... they do not hire the right people. And will pest you until you pick up....
They also do not follow guide lines when pulling customer credit.....
oh and one more thing, they do not pull permits on jobs that they are suppose to . They will install your solar before the permit is ever pulled. Good luck with FAFCO Tampa

They call all the time mostly  in the evening, I get the same as everyone else. If I do happen to pick up there is no one there. I called them back and left my own message telling them I am also on the DO NOT CALL list and to take my # off their list. I also said I WILL keep track of all the calls they make to me and will have no problem reporting them.  When I did call them back the machine said it was "Silver First" or at least that is was it sounded like. The area code tells me this is coming from Orlando FL although I see that there is a branch in Tampa.

Solar First is who's number this is. This has nothing to do with Fafco at all. Fafco is an awesome company and a tremendous product. I have no idea how any of you associate Solar First with Fafco. Solar First doesn't even sell their own product!!! Fafco dealers only sell Fafco products!!!!! Grow up.

Upset, do your homework on Solar First.  If you do, you will see that they are FAFCO Orlando and FAFCO Tampa.  I know this firsthand.  This company lies, uses pressure sales tatics, sells overpriced products and pushes warranties that don't exist.  The FAFCO water heater product is great, unfortunately this company is a horrible company to do business with.

I am looking for anyone who has been misled by the sales tactics of this company reguarding "rebates" from the government and state.

i use to work for this company, there legit.... there telemarketers hired by fafco to  assist you in your light bill....   there pitch is to  have you switch to solar to save up to 30% on your monthly light bill ...
we have many feedbacks and customers are happy ... im no longer there, but  i do recommend switching to solar .... thanks. .

We recently had some of their products installed and I am starting to worry as I read reviews.  If you are still looking for unhappy people please reply

We had Solar First Sun Pac system install and sold to us via Solarfisrt fafco. .. They are now not going to pay the rebates ($100) or the the initial credit terms  (9 month payments they paid 4 and now stopped) .. what can i do .. they are blaming SDI and SDI are not having it .

The state rebate has not come through the country rebate has not come through the  progressive energy ( $450)
