This person portrayed himself as a homeowner by the name of Reverend Nouripour Assadollah renting a home at 2852 Mandarin Meadows Dr N in Jacksonville FL. He requested that I pay a deposit plus first month's rent via money gram so that he could ship me the keys. He is a scammer!

I responded to an ad on Chicago Craigslist for a property at 6914 N Mcalpin Ave,Chicago, IL 60646 that this person was trying to rent out. The area code is for Florida and they refused to give me their name and ALSO asked me to pay them before I even saw the property. This person is a piece of [***] scammer, the type who will try anything in their desperate and utterly pathetic attempt at getting their grubby hands on some money. Watch out.

This person tried to get me because he said he was selling a house and my husband didn't believe it was. Thankfully I found this sight because he is a scammer. I knew something didn't feel right. Don't believe everything you see on Craigslist. Very disappointed. Glad I didn't send any money to this guy professing to be a reverend. He better stop mocking God.

Same deal, guy pretending to be a Reverend Mark Brett wanting to rent a house in Charlotte, but needs the deposit and first month before he can let you see the house because hes on a "mission" and needs your trust. Obvious fraud.

He is now saying his name is Rev. Philip Meeks and on a mission, needs someone to take care of his home and need my trust that I will treat the property as my own.  Requesting deposit now and not able to see the inside of the townhouse first.  To trust the photos.  All that was posted was outside of unit.
