I think it's Gotham and Rajiv.

They called left a message saying they could lower the interest rate on my credit cards I think I got a call from the same company last week from a different phone number as far as I know legitimate companies do not change their phone numbers every week and therefore of my impression would be that this is an illegitimate company.

I hope it's not my computer hacker son, he is such a little guy.

I received a call but no message was left. It is a credit card scam. I have blocked the number.

I received 2 calls from this #  something about lowering interest rates?  I lowered them to the bloc list on my phone.  Peace out.

They called. Left no Msg   When I called it back Verizon recording stated call could not be completed as dialed.  My guess it's a spoofed number. Blocked them. By the time someone comes up with a cure to these scammers I will have had to block almost every number possible. I hope no important businesses try to start up a new phone number because it will already be blocked for half the phones on the planet thanks to rip off dipshtz

Called my cell phone.  No message.  Sounds like a robo call trolling for suckers.
The people behind these calls don't respect anyone, including themselves.

This number is actually a cover for Capital One. They are behind the scam card services. On 08/08 I received the famous: Rachel from card services call on my cell and was pretty tired of it.  I let the male with the Indian accent, know that I was tired of these illegal calls and hung up. Immediately back to back, I began receiving obscene calls from 800-903-3637 Capital One, from the same male with the Indian accent.  Not sure if he realized he called from a traceable number, due to after 4 calls from Capital One, I received 4 more calls from 319-225-2089, same Indian male.

Called my cell 8/8, left prerecorded msg that there is no problem w/ my account currently but they could lower the interest rate on my credit card.  Blocked and reported to Do Not Call List.
