Claimed to be from the Orange County Tax Collectors Office.  The phone number doesn't match and they were asking for somebody I don't know.  

For us the call came from Org Cty Business License/Tax office, and they left a vm with the alt number 407-836-5650.

It is Orange Co. My call was utilities (water bill),late four days.

When I called back to this number, a recording said this number do not accept incoming calls.

I got a call from this number saying it is Orange County Utilities and asked me to pay a balance $33.35 (while my account has been set up for auto pay for years).  It sounds totally professional without a doubt.  However, I still called the "real" Orange County Utitlites later on and confirmed that my account has no outstanding balance.

I got a phone call from that number today ! So I called back the number it said not accepting incoming calls

Real person left message for a reminder of large item pick up for following morning and instructions. This default number used its not just for past due billing.

Phone # for Orange County Utilities. I was cancelling services and they were calling to confirm. The rep did not ask me for any information, he already had my name and address which I confirmed was correct.

They called and left a message that they are Orange County Animal control and an officer is at my house and need to ask me some questions. I called back but they don't accept message. I went home to check my house and didn't see any type of card or message.

This is legit call from Orange County Utilities.  I didn't pick up and they left a voicemail stating the amount past due and my account number.  Then I realized I really did forget to pay and there's no need to call back.

This number called my phone 2 times and they never left a message. When I called the number back it said that the number does not accept incoming phone calls.

Pre-recorded message from Orange County Utilities calling to let me know they would be doing routine maintenance in my area.

They close three times today and for time I did answer the third and forth  times no one said anything...I tired calling back and the don't accept calls wtf

left no message called every 30 minutes.
