I received a call from this number today. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. I called the number back and spoke with "Robert Jones" who identified my incoming number with my name (despite the fact that the phone is not listed in my name) and asked if it was me. I asked where he was calling from and he said the "Vehicle Processing Department." He said he was calling about my 2005 vehicle and said it was out of warranty but might be eligible for an extended warranty. I told him I had never owned the vehicle, it had belonged to my Dad at one time, but he hasn't owned it in over 3 years, so no, I am not interested in extending the warranty and to remove my name from their list. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr!

i got the same call today and it came up on my caller id as "important call." can you believe it??? they hung up but it sounded like a call center.
