    This number showed on our caller ID, before I could reach the phone, it stopped ringing.  When I called the number back, I received a recording that it was not available.

      i had this person call as well except it showed on the caller id as natasha lobova. i looked up the number on google and i got an address in apopka florida. i received the same message as well when i tried calling back.

    Called at 9pm on a thursday.  Said nothing and then it went dead.  However, 2 minutes later we received another call where the caller ID sai "Unknown Caller".  I beleive that they had to do with each other.  And that the 407 number is a scrambled ID associated with a calling card.
