Another save money on your electric bill scam -- AVOID!

Yes electric pitch. I told the telemarketers, "I've already asked to be removed from your list." And she got ugly and started screaming at me "this is the first time we've ever called you."  Blocked.

I told them that I told you before to take my # off your list and she got snotty and said that must have been a different company and hung up on me!! I think it was the same girl from ENERGY ADVISORS THAT CALLED. I think she said her name was Tiffany.

CPR Call Blocker stopped this pest!

Jessica from the Power Company called. I asked her if she wasn't ashamed that she was part of a scam and that maybe she should think about getting a real job. She said she did have a job and this was not a scam. Right. I told her that this was at least the third call I had received and that she couldn't even tell me which power company I had. Of course, she said she would take my name off the list. Like I believe that.

Got a call from this number today. No message left on the answering machine. I see from other posts that it's probably just the typical energy bill savings scam.

Said her name was Lizzie there company provides free energy evaluation.  I told her, her pitch sounded like a scam to me and asked if they paid any attention to the do not call list.  She got upset that I had the nerve to question her and said like they all do, she would take my name off the list.  Right

Kept giving me the run-around about some energy audit of my house.  Could not give me the name of the company (allegedly "Energy Awareness") or the license number of the business, but said they were in business for 22 years.
When I asked for license, he said that would be on the credentials when they come for the appointment.  Refused to give me a phone number to call back once I check my calendar. After about 10 minutes of this, he hung up on me. RUDE!
Hard sell to set the appointment.

I spoke with the State of Florida regarding unwanted numbers.  They told me that it is because we have caller id and that companies get paid for the harassing calls they send out .... does anyone know anything about this?  I will contact Brighthouse (my phone provider) ... but honestly - I wonder what I was fed???   These calls have got to stop!  I complain to the Florida and National Do Not call Lists - and it doesn't do any good ... then the guy from the State of Florida tells me it is because of my caller ID and that they can't do anything because they are not legitimate companies?  Anyone else have the same issues?

They are a scam company and have no legitimate reason to talk to you. Ver y evasive about who they are or what they really do. They just want your information for a "energy Assessment". That is a load of bull****.

Telemarketing firm wanting to save me money? I didn't pickup this call, they have at once each day for the last several weeks. Just their # comes up on my screen but I have it tagged as DNPU. I think that once you've answered a Company and requested your number be removed from their list, they should do so.

Keeps calling have reported them.
