Call on a blocked number to solicitors. This # has called before and ignored the ban on solicitations. Fyi. No idea who they are.

They were offering some Disney promotion. Recorded. No option to refuse future calls. Why is Do Not Call Registry so incompetent????

the number belongs to Smart City Communications in Orlando, Fl.  Do a Google on the number and eventually Google will take you to their listing.

Was a recording stating I was a winner of some prize. I hung up in rage.

Called at 2:27 am!  Did not get to the phone in time to see who it was.  If I find out what company was responsible, I will never, ever do business with them again as long as I live, and will be as loud and obnoxious as possible about what jerks they are to everyone I know.
