Heck if I know. They called twice just today.  They let the voicemail come on, beep, then hung up without leaving a msg, taking up space with dead air.  Will block them, but then they'll just call from a different number when they realize nobody's answering the current number.  It would be very useful if they'd at least leave a number and/or what they want.  Pretty crazy way to do business.  Also is a pretty crazy way to even scam people.  THEY AREN'T EVEN TRYING!!!

Received five calls from this number in the last three days. Tried to call the number back but a message said the phone was turned off. Got a call five minutes ago from the number again, answered the phone and they hung up...... How did they get my number?

They keep calling and hanging up !! It's so frigging annoying. And when I call back I can't get through !!

Yes They have called here 8 times in 3 days! I get same msg when I call it back.They also showed 218-213-9477 on my Vonage Voicemail.Haven't tried calling that one yet.And it's for my son whom doesn't live here.

They have called before 8 am and woke my wife up 3 times so far
