    A home repair/upgrade company wanting to work on our house. When I told him I was on the DO NOT CALL list he told me it was my responsibility not theirs to maintain the list. He also said the do not call list  did not exist. On redial it is a spoofed number.

    Identified his company as "superior construction", no such business in my area. Told him again not to call, I am on the do-not-call list.
