This number with "NAME NOT FOUND" showed up on my call blocker this morning, but seems not to be reported here, so I suspect it's a new number in the ever-changing number world that the scumbags are using with their programs that spoof phone numbers.
I'm using the Global Block-feature of my blocker, so this got caught and didn't get through; only numbers that I've defined can get through.
Scam calls that spoof this area's codes (Gilroy/Los Gatos/Morgan Hill) have increased starting already last year.

I  also  received  the     408-168-4597  telephone  number,  today  on  april  28,  2015

408 168 4597, does not show up on caller ID, nor do they leave a message, nor if you answer do they respond. I am on the do not call registry how are these calls continually happening?
Must be some type of scam. Must be a way to stop them.......

Guy called and claimed he was from Best Air Services and wanted to see about doing air duct cleaning for only $40.00 this week. He claims the charge is usually $300 to $500 but if they come out, I would get the discount price. He tried to claim he had cousins who were killed in a New York gas explosion and that this was so important. Claims they have a website which i could check. Says they have offices throughout the state. Suspect this may be some kind of scam so I told him I'm not interested in his services and hung up. The phone number looks fishy so it may be spoofed so I will see about blocking future calls.

Number cannot be blocked a real criminal, this number should be traced and he should get time.

He keeps doing what he is doing after I told him him to stop calling me numerous of times.  He gets worst and calls my home on a daily basis now, knowing I've told him to stop calling my home.  Report them to the police and the do not call registry at 1-888-382-1222.

i just received a call from this number 408-168-4697. I didnt answer and the caller did not leave a message. So tired of this .

2nd time I got a call from Best Air Services. Today I requested to be removed from the caller list, in the middle of her sentence. She said, I'll call you back later. I said no, take me off your list. She said, she can't do that and will be back later when I'm less rude. She knew my name too!

Rings through to voice mail, but NEVER leaves a message. REPEAT OFFENDER, calling several times a day, but not everyday, for weeks and months. Probably using an internally maintained CallList, not a "robo-dialer."

Called today to confirm an appointment for to morrow for duct cleaning, I told the woman I did not have an appointment
and was not interested.

This number called numerous times. I told them that i am prepared to take physical action if they called once more. I do have friends that work underground not the piggies (police). Hence if they are reading this and they do call, I will have a manhunt for you and your scumbag friends. You have been warned. I have a set of skills that only a small group of people have.

"1" is not a legitimate beginning of a phone number prefix. So, no matter who is on the other end of the line, they are a scumbag. If not, they would not use a false number o call you.

they keep calling everyday. I picked up and confronted them about calling me all the time. He seemed to have backed off by asking if the owner speaks english. I said no, and a day after they still call

They called and I answered out of curiosity; they asked for me by name. They were "in the neighborhood" cleaning heating ducts and offered me a discount. I responded by saying I'm on the "Do Not Call" list, have no business relationship with them, and so they are in violation of the law by calling  me. I asked to be removed from their list and then hung up.

im so tired of this # calling ever day and other dirt bags get 8 2 12 calls a day from scammers its time they enforce the govt do call list !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

This number calls my home at least 4 times each day when I am not at home but leaves no message. The best the phone company can tell me is that the phone is registered as anonymous.
