called at 8:30 am Central time

Called at 9:43am (EST)  didn't answer it as I don't know anyone in California

Called number back and received the can't complete call as number is not in service

Called and left a message: only picked up the last couple of words  "will be fulfilled immediately."  So I am guessing this was a lousy marketing call from an automated system that is not even well enough built to wait to leave a message!!!

Called, and left message about removal from an email list will be fulfilled immediately.

Called at 3:30am!

Call would not go through when I called back.

Why would you even bother calling back? Expect most unknown numbers appearing on your ID to be dummies to disguise the callers' real numbers. Some calls may prove costly if you actually get through. 430 in the morning is during business hours in the Middle East. Do not answer in any way, block the call, or set your phone (if you can) so it doesn't ring for certain numbers.
