I received the same phone call today. They told me to be prepared to be arrested tomorrow. They said my state was a zero tolerance state and I would owe upwards of $5000.00. I had my lawyer call the number and they hung up on her several times and then told her they would fax her an affidavid to look at but she never received anything. I want to hunt these people down and my lawyer wants to get them in court but how do you find these guys? Please let me know what happens with yours. My lawyer even called our sherriff and courts and nothing with my name on them. How bout you de?

First received a call from an "unknown caller". Verified my name and address ( how scary because he already had that info). Said I was going to be arrested tomorrow and I needed to call 408-215-3856. I called and spoke to an obviously non American who said his name was Jeff Wilson ( I don't think so) and he read an affidavid to me that was charging me with fraud, theft and something else and told me that I would have to pay over $5000.00. He told me they would come and pick me up at work tomorrow and then the court would appoint me an attorney. Too late, I already have one and she's good!! She pestered these 2 idiots all day long. And they never would give any information other than they were from Sonic Cash Net Bank. I was scared to death and spent most of the morning crying in her office! I am so glad I found de's post. Makes me feel better. Please if anyone else has heard from these people I would certainly love to know about it.

Hellom=, the same person, Edgar Paul called my daughter and stated that he was from Sonic Cash Net Bank.  He stated to her that she had a warrant out for her arrest for an accont that she has not paid.  She contacted me, I told her to get a phone number and address.  Mr Paul would not provide that, all he wanted was for her to send a money card or cash.  It sounded fishy to me, so I researched the internet and come to find out that they are a fraud.  It is a shame that we cannot catch up with these crooks.  I would like to hang all of them up by their scrotum! for every one who receives this call, be careful when sharing your financial and personal information.

I received a call from Jeff Wilson, he said it's an urgent matter that needs to be addressed. Wanted my lawyer to call him and if I do not call him back he wished me good luck. I don't understand the threats. However, finding this site and made me feel better. It's very sad that people have nothing else to do but scam others.

I received a call on 8/15/08 from a man named Chris, he told me to call 403-215-3856 immediatly because I was going to be sued. I called the number and a man named Edgar answered and the first words out of this mouth were "do you have a lawyer" I'm only a 22 year old college student, I do not have a lawyer and since I didn't know what this was about I told him "no, why?" and then he proceeded to tell me that he was giving me one last chance to pay my 'loan' that I had taken out through a payday loan company. (I have never, ever taken out a payday loan). This man has my bank account routing number, my checking account number, my social security number and a list of 2 people that I work with. When I asked him for a fax of the information he told me that he couldn't give me that information and that there were going to be officers coming to arrest me tomorrow(which is a Saturday) to take me to court but he wouldn't even tell me which court I was to appear in. After about 30 minutes of arguing he said that they would settle the $5,394.87 case for $1,785.00 but I had to pay him immediatly. so I told him that I would be contacting a lawyer about this and he said "well then  I wish you good luck" and hung up. I would more than love to find these people and get them put away for a long time.

Just wondering if there was anyone has heard anything else about this.  I just got a call from a Scott Miller about the Sonic cash net.  He wouldn't tell me a whole lot, just that they tried to email me 17 times about this (which I check my email religiously and didn't receive anything) and that I have to show up at a courthouse in Indiana (would not specify which) and someone would show up at either my house/work to drive me down to the courthouse. I contacted my lawyer immediately, but have yet to hear back.  They called from 805-456-1720 which is also a nuber out of Cali and had an Arabic accent.

On 8/21/2008 I received a call fron 404-965-1220 concerning a legal case pending against me.  This was totally laughable and I am glad that I got it so I can give my testimony about it.  The gentleman claimed his name was Martin Jackson (The guy was totally obviously foreign, sounded more Indian to me rather than Arabic) The gentleman told me to call him back at this number 408-215-3856 which I never did and would not recommend anyone call.  They may be skimming your cell minutes or who knows what.  Please be on your guard for these low class scammers

I received this call on Monday 8.18.08 from a # that came up on my cell, (888) was all it indicated. Once I answered a man named Steven informed me that this was a legal matter and that I would need to call this 408.215.3856 # to speak to someone who would explain everything. Arabic men as you said full of crap. They had alot of information though concerning me, my bank acct# etc, even my friend's first and last name. It didn't frighten me because I keep such a close view of my account. They read off verbatum an apology letter they wanted me to write and wanted me to pay them $1,528.00 to close this case forever. That was their exact words. I contacted my bank to confirm and they immediately said it was a fraud and for me to contact the fraud dept. at the police dept. My advise to anyone who hears or has heard from these men to PLEASE not fall for their tricks. I'm happy I didn't or I would have been $1,528.00 less of my hard earned money.

I received a phone call today at:2:41pm EST 317-622-3011 which states that the number is international. They told me to dial 408.215.3856 and they would give me more information about how I can get the money to them. I told them that I never received a loan from Sonic Cash Advance and they told me that if I didn't call the number to get details, I would be arrested tomorrow. I pray to GOD that someone gets them and puts a stop to all the people that they have harrassed.

This same person called me last week and threatened to have me arrested if I did not pay them in two hours.  They said this was for a loan for Sonic Cash Net, I told them I have no loan from Sonic Cash Net.  They seemed to have all my information, my ss# my email address and where I work.  They keep calling from 888 and leaving a number for me to call them back.  I first gave them my account information for them to take out money from the bank, the next day my bank called and said this does not seem right and suggested I put a stop pay on this payment to them, which I did.  Ever since they keep calling me every day, if I do not answer they keep calling at least 5 or more times, one after another.  I called my attorney and he said no company can arrest a person for an unpaid payday loan.

Received 3 vc mails from Simon McKenzie stating that myself or my attorney needed to call 408-215-3856 immediately and wished me good luck.

While I have taken a payday loan out from Zip19.com, I've never experienced any problems using their services. It appears that my inforamtion may be shared with other companies. I'll be closing my bank account and reporting a fraud claim immediately.

I received a call from Edgar Paul informing me that I had a warrant issued for my arrest for a default loan with Sonic Net Cash Bank, which he claimed had over 30 payday loan websites and could not be narrowed down for my case.  He then told me that I would be looking at paying upwards of $5000.00 if the case went to court.

Today, he called me to say that my payment had been received (and to my freaking surprise, my account was debited for over $1,000.00) and he asked if I would like to pay attorney fees of $300.00 to "the only attorney" who would close my case file.

Perturbed, I called Sonic Net and Sonic Pay Day and both companies informed me that they are in NO WAY associated with Lending Station (the title I have on the debit from my account) and that I did not have any current or past due accounts with them.

I received three calls so far from 408-215-3856.  He is definitely a foreigner.  First his name was Cooper, now his name is Henry Taxton and I can tell it's the same person.  He said that if I dont' call them immediately, all he can tell me is "good luck".  This is a scam?  I have never dealt with Sonic Cash Bank.  So, how do they get our phone numbers?
