Telemarketer Scammer. Just block them!

I just got two Robocalls within 5 minutes to Campbell, CA from 408-262-4182, caller ID only shows Milpitas, CA.
I called back to request to be removed from their list and it was a Solar power scam.

Just reported them to the FTC & FCC and to the DNC also.

Just got a call from this number, when I answered, there was a silence then they hung up.  So I called it back and after a few rings, I got a message saying " the number you are trying to reach is disconnected."  How does a disconnected number call someone?  

Same here.  When I pick up the phone, silence and then the call gets dropped.  Happened yesterday also.
