Repeated calls; never leaves a message.

Repeated calls to my landline phone from 408-264-2636 and 408-264-2646, nobody online if I answer, no message left if it goes to answering machine. Caller ID shows "San Jose, CA".  I have had calls from one or both of these numbers for weeks, sometimes more than once per day.

repeated calls at least once a day, not leaving message or answering, called AT&T and they gave the following name, Sales Fighter, Geraldine Levi, call hunter.

Same message as on other reports.  Am ill and this is a true invasion of my privacy.  Want these calls stopped immediately

Spoofed number that has tried to call a landline at our office for a couple of weeks now, sometimes more than once a day.

If the answering machine picks up, they leave no message.

If you answer, a person asks "Is this Mr. / Mrs." [last name of person the phone you answered is registered in], if you say "No" or offer to take a message, they immediately hang up. When you try to call back, the phone company message says "this number has been disconnected or is not in service". Caller ID claims the name of the caller is "Beveridge Drew", but that's probably fake.

Last time they called, one of us answered: "We know you are a scammer. Stop calling." and hung up. It remains to be seen whether they will call again.

We've received several calls from this number in the past week. They always hang up as soon as I answer. I phoned the number back each time and it's always a "disconnected" number. Sometimes I am running in from the garden or otherwise disengaging from something I'm doing. What a nuisance.

Sam as others complained. Keep calling us and do not respond. Date check came up with Kanti Patel at 3740 Peacock Ct. Santa Clara.I don't know how correct this is. I am unlisted and would like to know how these people keep getting our phone number.

Called and no message. Undoubtedly a scam.

receiving calls from (408) 264-2636, no one answers when I pick up and no one leaves a message - what is the point? I can't even ask them not to call!!

We get a call about every other day. No messages left on the answering machine. No one speaks, just a hang up after about 10 secs. AT&T support page says they don't deal with telemarketers and to look at their optional call handling features, which they are happy to charge you for.

Probably time to buy a call blocker device, app, or phone.
Google "call blocker" to see the various types, and find one that best meets your needs.

I've been getting calls from this number to my CELL PHONE on a regular basis. Always hangs up. The 408-264-2636 number is "not in service" when calling it back.

I got a call from this number and when I said I was on a don't call list and to not call, she began yelling at me.  Extremely obnoxious.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

seems like a daily call.  After I respond, the caller does not speak.

I've been getting calls from the following numbers up to 20x a day.

I put them on my reject list..
So my phone wont ring (thank god)
but after I checked all the missed calls, I noticed they called one day 21x's.
So annoying.
Just added my number to the National Do Not Call List.
Nothing much we can do.

I am in the same situation.... I get calls from 408-264-xxxx each day, about 10 calls per day.
Of course blocking them, but started to be very annoying and nobody can stop them!
