This is yet another Harassing  barrage of phone calls from "California Solar Initiative" You cannot get them off them phone. I asked several times to be removed from the call list. They call everyday, at least 3-5 times a day starting at 7:30am. Latest call I got was at fricking 9pm. These people are representing a government agency. Aren't we protected from these types of things by our government... Please stop them!!!!

They also use 408-264-2646, and no they don't stop calling.  I have told them to stop calling also and they just don't.  Guy used the name victor, representing PGE.

Scam telemarketers.  They use a series of spoofed numbers.  Something about solar power.

Same as previous - keep calling, often do not talk.

Received an call from them Redialing brings me to "a number who is disconnected". When answered on the second ring the caller showed with no answer so I assume that it was a hang up with multiple dialing and just talking to the first answered.

Got a call.  Didn't know who they were and didn't answer.  They didn't leave a voicemail.  Same prefix as other calls I've received but the last 4 numbers change.  

This number just called 3 minutes ago. You call it back and it says the number is disconnected. The same number (minus the last 4 digits) calls almost daily. I now have about 8 numbers blocked from here.

Have received, cell, landline and text messages from this number numerous times and never a person on other end.

They call   at least 3 times a day  since 3 weeks ago . It do really bother me.

Scam/spam/telemarking call for "California Solar Initiative."

They've been trying to desparately call my cell phone with various numbers.  It is always a 408-264-xxxx prefix.  I just don't pick up if I see it from a 408-264 prefix and then immediately block the number on my phone.  Wonderful feature.  Don't even give them a thought.  Bunch of no-lifes who want attention.  

Yes, Gov't should step in and so should the phone company. They call my cell phone at least 10 to 15 times per day. I have them on blacklist. Ever since I put my cell phone on the 'do not call' ljst, I've been getting all kinds of solar scam calls!
These people should be fined millions!!

This seems to be the newest in a series of spoofed numbers in the 408 area code. Last month It was the 702 area code.

When I pick up no one ever says a word, just a click when they hang up. I learned to just block the number, and my cell phone history will record every attempt they make to get through.

12/22:  24 Total calls between 10:55am - 2:36pm  (Yes 24 calls in 3 1/2 hrs... 35 calls if we're counting calls from the number below. Notice the time when those calls stopped and these ones started? There seems to be a pattern here.)
