Someone from this number called around 10:50 am on 8/13.  I answered the call, I could hear voices at the other end, but oddly, non one actually talked to me.  Dialed this number 408-264-3227... got a recording that says, "... you have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service. ..."

got missed calls no message and today i answered it, a lady started she was with PG&E asking homeowners if they have Solar Panels. I let her know that i want her to put me on thier do not call list. Also to no lie about being with PG & E, as to get Solar Panels installed you have to have special account with them to store the excess power. So they would know who does and does not have the account/panels and wouldnt need to call and verify

Received a call today blocked it as it was coming in as I did not recognize the number.  googled it shows John Miller in San Jose, Ca.  Think it was another spoofed number scam.  

Received another call again today , they seem to call several times a day no message left as I block them when the call is coming in.  They seem to be able to get around the call blocking and continue to call daily.  The call does not seem to stay blocked.

I have this number blocked, but I continue to receive 2 or 3 calls from them every day. Since my blocked calls ring once, then disconnect I know it's a blocked call and never answer.

Telemarketing calls have increased dramatically this year.  We've been on the Do Not Call List for years.  Finally got tired and started tracking calls.  

Caller ID for 408-264-3227 shows Miller Diane and is a spoofed number.  In the past 24 hours I've had  5 calls from this number and have asked 3 different telemarketers to remove our phone number from their call list.  According to FTC, there are new laws in place and each call is a $1,500 violation.

A LOT of phone calls from (408)-264-XXXX.  It looks like these are ALL coming from companies under A1 Solar Power - no matter what your Caller ID says.  See June repost:  https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-408-264-3106.

This inconsiderate scammer keeps changing names from Toby Kerder, Diane Miller, Emata Shelley, using 408-274-33XX

The last 2 digits keep changing so you can't call them back, or you'll get the "no longer working" recording.

At one point "Diane Miller" called me every minute for 10 minutes. This relentless menace is female, I've heard her laughing in some sort of boiler room. How can they look themselves in the mirror for the violations against privacy they are committing?

Get repeated calls from this number. If you call back, recording says disconnected

I have received *many* calls from this number with caller ID Diane Miller, and another 408-264-3228 with caller ID Toby Kerber. The fact that they are one digit apart is not a coincidence. I have answered and heard what sounds like a boiler room or just get disconnected.  Why do so many ignore the Do Not Call Registry?!

Also got both number call me, I think we should file a complaint with the police..

I don't understand why?

I picked up their call, but no one answered.  I added this number on the Call Block, the next day I got the call from another number:  408-264-3036
