Real person asking for president of company by his first name.  No not here, could I help him?  No, he would call him on his cell phone (which he doesn't have).  9/30/13 - 3:46 pm

They called today and asked for one of our employees. I asked who was calling, and they would not tell me, so I hung up. Caller ID says "Trident Leasing", location seems to be in California.

They called today every 10 minutes for an hour--so obnoxious

Unbelieveable--I just spoke tothe so-called owner of this compnay and he told me tough luck when I complained that they had phoned my number every 10 minutes for an hour today...By the way if you wnat to pay them back call their 800 number...TRIDENT LEASING  855-305-8900...an absolute total idiot.

Financing company for small business. A+ rated BBB. Normal business.

Chip, if these people were legit and an A+ rated BBB member, they would NOT be behaving as the previous postings portray. I'd recommend to any reader that they take this info from Chip as food for thought --- and nothing more. Proceed with caution.  If they DO behave this way and ARE legit, it's time to report them to the BBB and have them stripped of their rating.

AwesomeSauce - sometimes people exaggerate.  I got the same phone call and they asked for the owner of the business which is me, Asked if I was looking to finance any equipment for my small business.  I said no thanks, then asked if they could follow up in 6 months.

Called me asking if I was looking for equipment financing.  Looks like company is www.tridentleasingcorp.com.  Courteous person asking for owner of the business, they weren't in, so they asked if we were looking to upgrade any equipment they could assist with financing on.  I said no, they said is it okay to call back in 3 months and I said nothing for at least 12 months.  They said no problem, have a good day and hung up.  Guess it depends on the caller you get.

Calling to ask if we need any financing or a loan for equipment.  Friendly caller.
