They are scams they bought a number bfrom magic Jack

This guy Daniel Williams called and left message saying if I didn't call right back I would be arrested in 2 days and my report would be downloaded to the courthouse, saying I owe them money. They keep calling but I won't answer, says they are a law firm. Scam

Got scammed by an agency very similar, and then received a phone call from "Emergency Number" from someone claiming to be with my local PD saying I was being charged with check fraud etc., and that the other company reported me.  The "posed person" told me that they are a SCAM but I owe money to this company at this number listed above. Went to local PD, no such thing..and then filed a police report. They want money on NET SEND RELOADABLE DEBIT CARDS...don't DO IT.. It's a SCAM!

Yes this number is a scam

Just got a call from this number.  They left a message saying it was time sensitive, blah, blah.  First of all it is my understanding that debt collectors are not allowed to leave messages and the guy said his name was Sean White.  Definitely did not sound like a Sean White.

I have received the 'emergency number" calls before and called my county Sheriffs office (where they said they were from) and they said that was a SCAM.

Ashame becuse I thought it was very nice of them to give me the warning that they were on their way to arrest me.   If they did that real criminals I wonder how many they would actually catch.

Got a phone call 15 minutes ago. From Sean. Said they were in vestagating me for fraud. It was very important to talk with the senior investigator and ask me to hold the line. I hung up and they called me back.I didn't answer and he left me a message. Said he had already called the authorities and I was going to b arrested.also said I could call them back and talk this problem out. They didn't appreciate me hanging up on them. I was scammed twice before and the people got money out of me. Had me in tears until I went to the law and was set straight. I can't tell u how many times I have been called by different people and they use the same line.

Me too.   I have been scammed only once before.  I will not let that happen again.  When I took it to the police station last time the officer stated that people cannot be arrested for an outstanding bill that is what the credit system is for.  Sean White has called me 3 times today stating that I have a fraud case out against me.  I told him he was fraudulant and that I had already contacted the police.  He really did not care and insisted that I speak to his supervisor as well I hung up.  Then he called back and said we must have gotten disconnected  I said Yes we did.  LOL....
