It's from a place called Capio Partners. "The foremost late stage debt purchaser in the healthcare industry. Capio's vision is simple: to increase cash and collections for large hospitals"

This is all over a partially unpaid co-payment (approx. $150-200 left on a $500 co-pay) on a half-million dollar hospital bill that my insurance already paid from 2 years ago.  Is that desperate or what???.
