They have called three times already Ivtrix shows up on my caller ID. Can I sue them? I asked three times to be put on the DNC list. They just hang up.
If I can sue who knows how?

Called with heavy accent and soft voice I could barely hear. I've gotten several calls from them since I got my new number. This time I told her I have no money and hung up. She called RIGHT BACK. I aksed again if it was a sales call. After a long pause she said yes. I hung up again. The DO NOT CALL list doesn't seem to be enforced anymore. I guess it's time for people to be reminded that they have to RENEW their registration with the DO NOT CALL site every five years or something like that. I'm going to do it now. Incidentally, I JUST posted two items on Craigslist about an hour ago.

Keep getting calls from this number. Wants me to take a survey and give me a couple nights of a "vacation". Say they are calling from a local town but this is a California area code. I tell them I don't have any money..not working..don't qualify...and what do they not understand about the words.."NO I do not want to take a survey or have a vacation"! If you have a cell phone with a family allowance plan ( I pay $2.00/mo.)you can block out numbers from calling your cell #...like having "phone secretary" or "parental controls"...(never allow this number). yeah, it must be Craigslist!

asked for a misty bishop. i said no you have the wrong number. she repeated my number and tried to get smart with me. said well i have the right number wrong person. i told her to not call me anymore. she said why. i said let me talk to your manager. she said i am the manager. i was pissed!! i said give me your name and what do you work for? she said thank you bye. and hung up. gave me the hardest time.

Shortly after a craigslist post they called my Google Voice number that is fairly new and hasn't been used for anything else.  They insisted that they only get their numbers from referrals, which is an outright lie and I called them on it and told them that the obviously got it from Craigslist, which is against the terms of service.  I got very upset and yelled at her to put me on the do not call list.  They're liars, and if they are using such tactics then they're obviously scum.

They're now on my spam list and will get a number disconnected message if they call...

lol ah that's it I just tried selling a laptop...and now I got the call. Must be using some sort of information scraping software to gather Mail?  oddly I put the number in a picture file to avoid the info scrapers...still didn't work I guess

jesus, i kept getting calls from global network travel for months!  they are NOT in north cal as their area code indicates....they also call from a 509 area code.. ...they make me sick...they said the only way they will stop is that i attend their seminars!

They keep calling every week, sometimes twice in one night. Told them to stop calling and take my number off the list. They say they are in Roseville, but do not know where. If they call again, I am going to play along and find out where they are and file for harassment in small claims court. File a police report also.

Ugg called me while I was in class. Thank god my phone was on vibrate. But the kids siting by me sure did snicker :P

some lady called me.  I told her whoever gave her my phone, must have stolen it.  She was very forceful, so I told her she is part of a theft ring and gave her some really..REALLY choice words.  She sounded like she was from a different country.  I recomend, that you do not answer any questions or even your name.  I think they steal phone numbers or use a computer to random call numbers.....for a fake vacation scam.  I THINK THEY REALLY ARE SEEKING CREDIT CARD NUMBERS TO STEAL.

posted an ad on CL selling tickets.  received a call from this number, I told them to remove me from their list and hung up.  They called back 2 minutes later.  Does anyone know how to block a number?

Shortly after I posted a craigslist add I got a phone call from 925-884-9345 They were trying to get me to answer some questions about traveling and vacations, I told them it was none of their business and to put me on their DNC list, needless to say they abruptly hung up. One day later I recieved a phone call from 408-341-6828 asking me the same questions. I asked them what company they worked for and she replied Global International. I quickly googled the name and number and basically found out that they are scam artists that scan craigslist for phone numbers to then get more info from you. What has happened to the world!!!!!
