Just another 408 scam.  Blocked.

No answer, just dead air. Obviously another phone scammer looking for victims and making money for the phone companies. The phone company probably made a half a penny or so on this scam call. Not much but when there are literally billions of scamming bast..ds making these calls it adds up. And of course the politicians get a piece of this to make sure we don't have any kind of reforms to help curb these irritating thieves.

CID = Out of Area. Checked here while the call was incoming. Blocked.

Probably scam telemarketer. Leaves no VM. When I call back (using *67) I get a recording “We're sorry, this number is disconnected or no longer in service”.
