I returned the call, answer said number was no longer in service. Probably scammer.

I didn't know the party, so cut the call off after the second ring. Now on permanent Call Block. We have technology to get around these a**wipes and bottom-feeders. If I don't recognize the Caller ID, I automatically categorize the call as:

***** FRAUD ***** FRAUD ***** FRAUD ***** FRAUD ***** FRAUD ***** FRAUD ***** FRAUD *****

and put them on Call Block. They will never reach me by phone. If they are legit, they know how to reach me via snail-mail — they can send, heaven forbid, a paper letter. Revolutionary.

The caller ID shown as "Chinh D Phan" which looks like a legit person's name, but we called back within 20 minutes and found out the number was disconnected! Weirdo.

Wanted to talk about "Fresh air".  I hung up.  Blocked you piece of scum.

The most polite telemarketer  I've ever spoken too, he said it was a sales call about duct cleaning, would I be interested, if not, they would take me off their calling list; I told him we were on the Do Not Call list, and he said he'd take us off their list right away. He was actually nice to talk to, and no I don't work for what ever company it was.

Forgot- came up as "No name".

Getting repeated calls from this number, they leave no message.

No, it's NOT just a phone call. It is millions—trillions—of phone calls, collectively. It doesn't stop. I have a call-blocker which is very effective. But it is a shame that consumers have to resort to not answering their phones. The phone "climate" has changed because of this category of fucḱer. The lot of them, all they want to know is how to get us to part with hard-earned, honest cash. I was in marketing—I know. If you are them, and they can get money out of us, they are happy. If they are them, and we thwart them from taking our money off us, they are unhappy. Make them unhappy. Make them VERY unhappy.
