vent cleaning scam

Don't press option 2 - it doesn't remove your #  from their calling list even though the recording says it will.

called 5-30-2017 11:34am, spammer, air duct cleaning service $49.99, free furnace inspection, 24 seconds

Called but I did not pick up.  No message left.

Depending on the area code, they change, but still the Scammers!

they called my cell phone today, I did not pickup. No msg left.

oops, I just noticed they did leave a message. its just more SPAM.

Scammer using a nonexistent number. Block it

Vent cleaning scam.

Robocall promoting vent cleaning.  The number is spoofed, as I checked on TelcoData and the 408 exchange in the 408 area code is not assigned to a known phone company.

You would think that the phone company(ies) could examine the caller ID data and automatically block calls that come from inactive exchanges.

I do not have heating ducts, and when I tried to call them back, to harass them, the number "is no longer in service..."

I agree, you'd think a phone company would block non existent numbers, as 408.408.0808 changes the area codes & prefix, depending in area ( Call ID shows all "X"s  .    hang em
