They called both my cell phone (which is a pay as you go!) and my home phone, an hour apart.

Whoever they are, they seem to think they are above the law. The DO NOT CALL LIST is a joke to them and it seems there not much authority to hold them to it. I got a call from them just now and let it ring. Another company near the same area called the other day.

left an automated voicemail about a medication and possible class action lawsuit.

I always say "gotcha--that's a $10,000 fine--you're busted, and have a nice day."  Even though I am making that all up--no one from that number (or any other renegade marketing number that calls me and hear me say this) will ever call again.  Yes, is pseudo-drama--but it works.

Just received a call from 408-418-5692 on 1-16-2012, around 10:00 A.M.  My caller id says Health BFT WCA.  No idea.  I just picked up the receiver and slammed it down.  I am also on the DNC list.  A lot of good that's doing, huh?

also got a call no message left my time 930 am another call and it goes to my individual block list no call list does not work if they leave no sales info or are collection system tho they leave messages most time

I just got a call from this number. It was an automatic call from CVS for me to pick up a prescription. But I live in Atlanta! Crazy. I don't have any prescriptions with CVS now.
