several calls from this number, no voicemail left

I keep getting these phone calls as well. but they dont leave a voicemail or
company name, its annoying!

These people are fricking relentless.  It's such a scam.  Do not call them back.  They call day and nght and on the weekends.  I am filing with Sacto to make them stop.

I just got a call and they left no message..

it is a scam.. it is calling a name i have never heard all my life.. and saying something like business. it is scam. ppl you ignore it.

Just got called by this number 6 times before I picked up. I eventually called back and harassed them for 2 minuets before hanging up again.

If this is a collection agency, why the [***] are they doing this? Can someone please explain?

SCAM. Leace voice mails if you are xyz. Every day! It blows through your minutes when picking up VMs. Makes you wonder, cell companies (AT&T listening?) might actually like these kind of calls.

It is CBSJ, they are a collection agency for O'Connor Hospital.... ring a bell?

YEs I keep getting calls from this person..they sit and listen and dont answer at all...

they called me at 8:00 this morning and all that was on was music...horrible elevator music...

This number called me, too, on both home and cell numbers. In both cases what I heard was as if I had called someone - the phone on the other end was ringing. Maybe this is a long distance charges scam, where they bill you for a call that THEY started.

SCAM - Anyone with ideas how to report them, please post here.  pretend to be collection agency and require personal information "to clear your name" - like anyone would be stupid enough to give it to them

cbsj financial a collection agency ,I was board one day and decided to call  them back .They decided to hang up on me so I called 50 times, to the point where they wanted to report me as harrassing phone call...They BEGGED me to stop calling them...3 weeks later no calls..............

call them and ask "hello thank you for calling, what can i do for you today.dont answer but keep repeeting this line ....they hate it...

back in 2001 i got 2 heart attacks and i didnt have 21,000 to pay the hospital and el camino hospital uses cbsj to recover thier money. cbsj sued me and i didnt show up and they garnished my wages for a couple years
i changed jobs and now they say i owe them 45,000 without any kind of due process and they re garnished me. so im going to file for bankrupcty and probably end up wiping that debt out in march (cuz i got a car loan) i also filed for an exemption with the sherrif so that might force cbsj to finally give up on me. watch out for cbsj because even if you only make $8 - $10 an hour they will still garnish your wages 25% even your last paycheck is like 16 hours which is still illegal.

all of this could of been resolved if cbsj decided to work with me or the county or the state but they chose not to, because they want to make a profit.

408-457-2470 is a scavenger collection agency. Ignore the calls, then report them. Do not engage in conversation with them no matter what your status as debtor.

They work for O'Connor and El Camino Hospitals.  The caller there claims her real name is "Hershey Cherry".
