unwanted call

Was a PG&E program auto interactive message for rate reduction.  Not a live person. Have not verified that it was really PG&E.

2 calls to my work phone, no voice message either time.

Got a weird Saturday morning call from 408-465-0726  asking me to verify my name and apply for a PGE Care Program.

We never requested information about this program.

It said if you speak English push number 1 so I did. It continued in Spanish.

The number on caller I.D. said the number was from "Unknown" = RED FLAG

We think it was a scam.

Got the same thing happened to me called me at 9:15 in the morning here in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I was sleep in bed recovering from a head cold. My father told me that it was a scam call from California calling us. I have had two scam real state call from LA call me yesterday. Please stop calling us. You scammers that keep calling from LA to Vancouver to get are money. This douse not make sense. LA Is in fire, and you are calling from cellphones or landline phones to get are money from us while you are stuck in a big wild fire that is happing in LA. This is the number that called me from 408-465-4952.

Scammers I hope you get burnt in the fires there You brain dead [***] fruitcakes.

I missed the call from this number to my cell phone. I have never sent a check to PG&E and likely never will. They called my Missouri cell phone number. There is no PG&E outside of California. I wouldn't trust this caller.

Lol....I understand your frustration.  Your call came from Silly-Con Valley (you know...high-tech BS-land where nobody but the wealthy nerds can afford to live anymore) ..we are here and get these scam calls too.
