Got a SMS message from this number saying to call a 1-800-numbers to "walmart" for $20 gas card?!

I just got the same text - but I'm affriad to unsubscribe to it, as they will know that it's an active number and then continue to text me.

I received a SMS text message: Tha 4 Visiting Our Site Call 877-603-5284 To claim Your $20 Wal-Mart Card Plus $50 Gas Card! Reply STOP 2Unsub or call 415-513-5459 2 Unsub Now.

I don't want to reply to validaty number. I'm on the do not call list!

I got the same message. Do not call or respond. They sell active number lists. It's a scam. GOTO FCC website and report it, they will shut this scam down. I already reported that number.

I call the 877 number and it was for a company called Broma Cleanse.  I googled Broma Cleanse and found out its a "Natural Digestive Supplement".

Never heard of this company or product before now.

We got the same fradulent call. If we get charged for this text, I'm complaining to the FCC.

Been getting this same garbage text from various numbers the last few months.
I started entering the incomming spam phone numbers into a website I stumbled upon, where you have to enter your cell number to access the website and you agree to pay for access. Then that site sends text message password to the number you enter. You can resend the password 3 or 4 times till the option goes away. I opened an InPrivate window in internet explorer and entered how-to-do-anything.net in google search, clicked play, entered the nuisance number that texted me. If I new of other websites like this, I'd save them in my favorites to volly a varaiety of garbage back at the offenders.
So for every text they send me, I remotely send them 3 or 4. If everyone did this we could gum up their inbox with garbage while not directly responding and confirming our number as responsive. These jerks deserve to get bombarded with 3 to 4 times the incomming text garbage that they are putting out.

I rec'v a text from that number also, I am on a NO CALL LIST.  Why are they able to get our phone numbers to send this crap to us?
