I received a call from these people stating that they have a soft file on my name.It was regarding a loan which i failed to repay.they told me that they have called me to inform bout the case and i can settle down the matter out of the court if i want.I thought it was a scam and i just hung up and started ignoring calls from this number.Then they filed a case and I had to pay all the due and the fines.Beware.not all numbers are scams.

Yes,I too received a call and then i9 googled around and found this page.then I made an out of the court resolution and I received my Transaction id today.This number is of a legal dept.

Wow, you guys are even going to get on HERE and pretend to be real!!! LMAO.  You'll do anything to steal people's money.  I have contacted the ONLY place that I have a cash advance through and they say that my loan IS NOT in default and that I would hear from them before anyone else!!!  Get a life and REAL JOB like everyone else and stop preying on innocent, hard-working people to make a living.

Yes, it is pretty sad that now they even revert to posting that they are legitimate when in reality they are scammers just like all the rest of lowlife's trying to scam people.  Get a real job.

1) if you call cash advance they will tell you they are only an app center and that they dont do lones but they find people to get you lones.
2) i called a law office in San Jose Ca where they said they are located and they told me thay there is no such office in the area calles McKinney and i asked if they could look up the bar # that i requested and they said it wasnt true.  
3) they gave all of my information to people that i work with about why they are calling me.  
4) i requested that the send me documents via email and i still have not gotten them.  i also aked them to send me a copy of their business lisence because it is public record and they told me no.

*they hung up on me a lot and kept calling me back.

they have called us a number of times they r so fake we told them to quit calling cus we know they r scammers and they hung up haha keep calling and ill take u to court

I have spoken with a James Barker as well as a Michael (could not understand his last name)

They say they are with cash advance and I have defaulted on a loan.  

I did some research not only online but with my bank as well (no deposit.. GO FIGURE!!)

I called him back.  I berated him with questions to the point that he hung up on me.

He actually had the nerve to call me back and I informed him that I have contacted my local authorities, AG,  and FBI.  He kept saying "huh"... then hung up.

If the calls continue they are going to like me less and less.  

I looked up the phone number and address and guess what... BOGUS!!!!

We shall so who gets the best of whom.

they keep calling and threatning us were going to be taking to court for things on our credit and we checked and there is nothing on there!

I have been getting the same harassing phone calls from them at work. I even contacted the federal police where I work and had them speak to the guy.  He even confirmed that they are scammers. They give you a case number and tell you to have your attorney call them. Good luck getting anything from me!  I've confirmed with my bank as well.

I also just recieved a phone call.  When asked what their address was they said "wallstreet number 2 near the bridge".  When told that was not a valid address he screamed profanity and vulgar names.  I had to close my bank account the other day due to fraudulent charges and when calling those numbers I also get a call center of people who barely speak English".  How do these people have my information who can I call to report them?
