I am getting calls from these guys once or twice every month. They speak in broken english asking if I am interested in outsourcing my development to India. I suspect they might be calling from India. Told them numerous times Not Interested.

I received a call from "Angelie" (which went to voicemail) who spoke very softly, in a heavy Indian accent, so I only understood a few words.  The words I could understand were software, enterprise application, outsource, India.  I barely understood the phone number and it took me several tries before I found this site after changing the last four digits of the number (1365, 1465, then finally 1265).

I won't be calling them back, and I am hoping to have my name and number removed from their calling list.

I've also gotten numerous calls from this number.  One just a few minutes ago. It's from a company called Photon Tech:  http://www.photoninfotech.com/content/view/20/113/  
They're looking for software outsourcing business.  And yes, the guy I spoke with was incredibly difficult to understand.  I don't know how you could do business with these people unless you spoke their language, as I don't know how you'd be able to communicate your needs in regards to what they do.

I've also gotten calls from them where no one says anything when I pick up, and sometimes will hang on the phone for as long as a minute.  Sometimes I hear music playing in the background.

Numerous calls from this number. I finally decided to look up this number and found this website. Unlike the above individuals I was unable to understand anything the caller was saying to me, other than the word 'outsource'. If they call back I intend to have my number added to their do not call list.

I also am called once a month from this phone number.  Reports the same as above.  I recently wanted to establish a website but since have told them to remove me.

They have been calling me every day for almost 2 months, keep calling after I have told them to stop. If you try to call them back or email them from their bogus site it goes nowhere....

Just got my first call from them today as well. I have much to look forward to.

they literally won't stop calling. I get calls at least once a day. One time as soon as I hung up another person called. They don't get the message that we're not interested even though I tell them every time.

The guy just called me and asked me to send them the information of my latest project. I only understood half of his words. so i have to give up him.

Photon Infotech kept calling me as well.  The Photon Infotech people are bad actors.  We had the displeasure of actually giving them a project which was the worst nightmare of my life.  They are unresponsive, the quality was poor, there coding is terrible and the graphics looked like they were done by a child.  They claimed they would produce the project for one price, then the final price tripled.  I have received quotes on fixing what is wrong from a reputable firm, which will basically include discarding most of what they created.  Thinking of doing business with Photon Infotech, don't.

These people wont stop calling me. They are driving me nuts and they just dont take no for an answer. If I dont take their calls they clog my voice mail and I can't understand a dam thing they are saying.

I say, Keep the Jobs in the US, so I can understand who i'm talking to.

I'm thinking of hiring them - I need someone to handle all the annoying my calls from them.  :-)

Yep, I was getting calls from them every day...sometimes multiple times a day. I got so angry I threatened to sue them if they didn't leave me alone. Then one day I called the number back TWELVE times in a row and left angry messages on the voicemail and asked them how they liked getting multiple annoying calls a day. It actually stopped for about a month or so, but they are back at it again as of yesterday.

I get the call once or twice a month from this number and when I answer I get silence, then a hangup. Gotta be a way to stop these jerks.

Same thing... I keep getting calls from 408-705-1265.

Solution: implemented caller ID on my VOIP service and I no longer answer my phone.  Works like a charm...

I can't take these idiots anymore. I'm being bombarded like hell. Legal action to follow...

They call me constantly after I have told them to stop. Is there any way to shut these guys down? They are obviously bogus?!?!

They call monthly, sometimes more, trying to solicit offshore development business - Even on my cell phone. They obviously do not consider the do not call list.

They call several times a week. I reported the number on the Do Not Call website.

Next time they call I am going to express interest in hiring them and waste their time by giving them details on a bogus project. I'll string them along and post the details.
