I didn't receive a call from this number, however I did receive a Title Transfer closing agreement with this number on the contract. The whole thing was fishy from the start.

SCAMMED, do not deal with these people they misrepresent themselves and LIE.

I also didn't receive a call from this number, however I did receive a First Title Transfer Inc. closing agreement with this number listed as the buyer. Sounds Fishy to me seeing how the company who supposely sold it we can cancelled them as a rep. to sell our timeshare and had to fight to get cancelled off our credit card. SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM!

I just got some of the same documents.  Curious...What was the Buyers Name listed on the Title Transfer Documents?  
ROBERT BILLINGSLEY was on mine.  
Just called and spoke with him on the phone and he had a really nice English/Aussie accent.

HERBERT OWENS was the buyer on mine with the same phone number.  Obviously a SCAM!
