didn't leave msg, caller ID said Five 9, which (based on internet search) is "a market-leading on-demand solution for inbound, outbound and auto-dialing call centers. All that's required are PCs and a broadband connection. Your agents can be located anywhere in the world and the Five9 system is so easy to set-up and use, your call center can be up and running in hours"

so this company seems to be enabling illegal telesales, since I am on the DO NOT CALL list.

i received a call from this number which says J Heath and no one leaves a message

It is related to criminal justice. I clicked on something that said are you interested in a career in criminal justice? I filled it out and I'm guessing the rest of you did too..

ALso didn't leave a message which if someone really wanted to help or start a business relationship should leave a message. Instead of having to google number to see who it is. I had inquiried online about college courses I didn't finish or submit my information to the online colleges. So they were calling to verify my information so they could send more information on the schools. I asked to be removed! I would rather investigate & look up the information for myself I don't need someone to sign me up to get more CRAP in the mail & more.

Really annoying, its been calling every 4 hours since this morning

I got several calls from this number and when I answered it nobody is talking, some are miss call but didn't leave a message. They will call my number specially at work and I don't want that.

I let the phone ring because I don't recognize the number. Person never leaves a voicemail when you call back it's a number for a criminal Justice program that's attached or linked with several colleges you can register with for a criminal Justice degree. One college being Strayer University along with several others who I wouldn't give any information too.

called my cell at 9am, no message, random call....Stop calling.

6 phone calls already today from these idiots. Have no idea who it is, I have never entered my telephone number on the internet (always make one up)Maybe someone made up mine. Anyways, it is so annoying!

InstructionsThings You'll Need:

Step 1To stop telemarketers ever ever making sales calls to your cell phone register your number with the National DO NOT CALL list.
DO IT NOW: It will only take a minute of your time.
If at any time in the future a company like Qsent, Inc or Intelius (both companies have been attempting to compile a cell phone directory) start making numbers available for sales calls, you will be out of reach to them.

Step 2Call the following number from your cell phone: 888-382-1222.

Step 3The registration process takes about 20 seconds.
You will be asked for English or Spanish.
The phone line will identify itself as the National DO NOT CALL list.
It will ask you to key in your number.
It will tell you that telemarketer calls to the number will be blocked once it has been on the registry for 31 days.
It advises you of your consumer right to make a complaint regarding phone sales calls.
That's it.

Step 4BUT, to register your information you must call from the cell phone you use, from the cell phone number you want to have blocked.
You cannot call from a different phone number.

Step 5Registering with the National DO NOT CALL list blocks your number from being used by telemarketers for five (5) years.

Step 6According to the latest information while a national directory of cell phone numbers will eventually be compiled, numbers will be included ion an opt-in basis. If you do nothing your number will not be listed in this directory.

My cell phone has been on the Do Not Call list since the day I got it 5 years ago.  There are some telemarketers who do not observe the law.  I have gotten calls from several of them.  

The Do Not Call list does not apply to anyone you have done business with in the last 18 months.  This includes creditors and bill collectors.  Thats the problem I had.  Some jerk named Michael bought a car, gave my cell number as his, and stopped making car payments.  I got those calls to stop by telling them who they were and that Michael has never been available at my number.

I get tired of these calls and do not answer the phone. I reverse looked it up. It's based somewhere in San Jose, California... sorry still not going to answer. They published a article in our area for these weird numbers saying scams don't answer, report... I have a unpublished number for a reason grrr...
