Got call with typical hesitation upon my pick up so knew auto-dialed.  I believe the voice could be automated as well, using programmed prompts to determine direction of "conversation.". I called the number back to see if I could opt out of future calls - there is an option but it felt hinkey to me so I hung up.  First thought was that responding to their opt out system was a way for bad guys to highjack my number.

I am on the do not call list, again someone calls this is telemarketing this number.

Called.  I didn't answer.  Called it back later and got an automated message for "opt out".  Wording is very confusing and sounds too strange.  I hung up.  

Remove me from the call list - you've reached a cell phone.

Stupid scammers...nuke them all.

To all you dummies who say do not call me or remove from your list you need to go to common sense training. Those people DO NOT read these posts and being mostly scammers they really don't care if you don't want to be called!! Smarten UP!!! This is for people to find out if it might be legit or not.

Called my cell.  I answered and robo-voice said "hi, this is Alice.....how are you today?"  Sounded very robotic and was clearly waiting for me to say something to "voice prompt" her next statement.  I stayed totally silent and after several seconds the call disconnected.

Another nuisance call.  Being on the do not call list really doesn't help.  Would love to know how they get my cell phone number.
Saw the # on caller ID and didn't answer.

2 rings then hung up.

Use big words that confuse her and she will say how she is a professional and this is her job an she will add you to DNC list and hangs up on you.

As usual unconvincing and responds with things that don't fit call flow.

I am getting this call once a day maybe.  I didn't answer, but they keep calling!  I am on Do not call list, it looks like it doesn't work!

I have received calls from this number before, but I answered it this time.  No one was on the line.  These phone callers are just ridiculous.  Do they really think that most people will go for their line of garbage?  Such a waste of time...

Get the app "Mr Number" for your cell phone and  spam numbers won't even get thru to your phone.  You just get a popup telling the number it blocked.

I don't think they get "your" number.  I think it is programmed to call xxx-xxx-1111 then xxx-xxx-1112, etc.  Just an auto-dialer maybe?

Being on the Do Not Call List doesn't hide or block your number.  It is just a List.   They are using what is called Predictive Dialers.   It dials numbers sequentially to more than one phone.   The first to pick up will hear a short silence while the operator (scammer) detects and starts to talk.  If you answer after several rings,  you will hear silence and then a hang up because the scammers are on calls to the first answering.   There is no way that anyone can prevent their number from being dialed eventually.  Once they know it is a live number,   you can expect more calls and more frequently.  These scammers who take so much from so many are the worst form of diseases on the earth today,   and should be treated as such when caught.

I figured it a telemarketing scam when I saw the number, but I'll call it back, I missed a call... 1/2 the time it is busy 1/2 the time you get an opt out service. *chuckles*

That's the message you will receive if you call them back. Sounds like the fastest way to get more telemarketers from different time zones to call you if you "opt out". I would not enter ANY numbers if I were you.

Sometimes I like to call them back on my way home from work and give them a hard time ;). This one is a no go. Don't bother, and if you know how to block a phone number on your cell phone, do so as soon as possible.
