stated that a case had been filed against me by Cash in Advance from 2011. I have never been to any cash in advance store. Tried to make me pay $598.39. And when I asked for a last name and location the Guy DANNY, stated that he would contact the sheriff's dept and they would contact me.  This just happened today 9/21/2012.

This number is calling my work #617-624-1607 and I do not know what is going on.  They say I owe money but I do not.

I have recieived a call from this number and they say that I owe money and I dont

got a call from this number 4089055300 at work, the caller,s name daniel scott saying i was approved for a loan for xxxx amount saying i had 30 minutes to call them back with my info.  i dont think so what a scam  please do something about these scammers

this is a collection agency who goes lookingfor public records of people who eithe have applied or searched
for loan information  they use false threats and prentend they are a law enforcement agency  this is [name]
my badge number is . i'm writing to the local lae in san jose ca where number is located to put these illegal activity to a stop

Called me and said they were a federal bureau and that I had cases against me.
They stock those who are trying to apply for loans on the internet be careful.
They will call your work. Let your work know so you will not have problems. This just happened to me
Today.

This guy Daniel (does NOT speak good english) called me today and advised they were issuing a warrant for my arrest, but could not provide me information on which payday company they were calling in regards to. Wanted me to fax a letter to him saying that I promise to pay said $536 with my social, a copy of my DL. If they can't tell me what company they are calling about, I am not paying anyone

I just recieved a call from this person, told me that i have a balance of $538 and if i dont pay it today that i will have a warrent for my arrest and we can settle it in court. I will be contacting the police to report this scam. so frustrating that we have people this evil out there that would do this. But again its a scam so dont worry and DONT PAY up! Just make sure you get your bank account cleared. I cancled my bank account and re opened a new one about 2 weeks ago so im assuming they were trying to use my card information and couldnt so they decided to give me a call.

Well, they are still at it, so obviously some idiot is paying them. Otherwise they wouldn’t keep calling. I can’t understand how anyone would fall for it! There truly is a sucker born every minute!
