A foreigner that uses the name David, John, etc and calls from different numbers. The first number was in Bermuda, the second was in California, the third was a 10000 number and the fourth number was in Texas. The same person because I recognized the voice. He was asking for my attorney.

A call first time from this number - says it is a law firm a lot of noise in the background.
Accent but gave an american name.

I got a call says Dale Watson the other day he used the name Patrick - says a law firm

This man that keeps calling is burning up my phone. He has called 7 times in 1 hour. Hope he gets use to the reject and stop calling my phone. jeeeeeezzz this man never stops. It's a SCAM!!!!!!!

I am also getting calls from this number saying that they are from the department of law back office, also
foreign using three or four american names.

ME too with the same thing, he uses also 516-833-3219, on htis number he is Brian King,,

I have recieved several phones calls from this guy too, He uses the number 516-833-321 (it comes up unknown but he always leaves a messge) too, He has a middle eastern accent, changes his name He always says he needs me to call back it of the most utmost iimportance and to contact my attorney and He will not be responsible for what happens if I don't..

this middle eastern man first harrased my husband . now he is bothering me  to call him now  or talk to my attorney and have him call that it urgent  thank you theresa and have a very nice day these calls happened twice to me but my husband answered one day and the man claims he works for a payday co. and called my husband a son of a [***] for the only reason because he will not answer the phone any more.he said his name is david watson isnt that funny a middle eastern man with a nan like david watson.well it is causing health issues here  because we are cancer survivers here and other health issues . thanks for listening.

got a call from this man with east indian accent telling his name is john watson and that i dont disregard his call and blah blah blah,,,,,, didnt answer but he left a message. same number 409-356-6912. fot sure its a scam. dont they have anything to do but to scam people?

Just received a call from this number.  Foreign accent but he says his name is John Anderson. LOL  He says her works for the company "Department of Law and Investigation".  No such company.  I checked.  He won't be calling again after I got through with him.  Can you believe the nerve of some of this people?

Yea......I received the same call.....I let go into VM. Called back and told them my name was John Anderson, or Dale Watson.....I was speaking in an indian Accent ....i told them to come on and tell me Who is downloading what and where. Because they told me my file was going to be down loaded tomorrow. I dont think they were ready for that question.....I really had a good time with them. I wouldn't let them talk. At the end of the call I said...Hey, If youre gonna scam me lets have some fun! I then asked them if anybody really still fell for this....He then told me no one would be calling me back....and then said to me "Thanks for your time" HAHAHAHAHA What a joke. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE INTO THESE GUYS!!! NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO YOU...This is a JOKE>>>>>> AGAIN, DO NOT BE AFRAID! NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!!!!!

I also recieved phone call from these wanna be law enforcement personel. I AM IN LAW ENFORCEMENT AND I KNOW WHAT LAW ENFORCEMENT IS ABOUT. they keep harrasssing me at my job and home. so i do them the favor and startted calling them back six to seven times a day. they mess with the wrong PERSON.

Just received a call from them this morning, he said it is very imporant that I call him back or he won't be held acountable for what happens to me. Looked the number up on google and look what I found. This is the second time I have had one of these scams call me. They need to find these people and do something to them.

Same details as the rest of you. The call my direct line at work which to me is MUCH more disturbing than my cell phone. I've never answered at work, they always leave the same messages. I finally worked up the nerve to pick up the phone a little while ago and I told him I knew he was a fake and I recorded the calls and were reporting them to the police and the FTC and I hung up. He called back ohhhhhh 10 times. Yeah. I went from sending him to voicemail, to answering and not saying anything and I also screamed at him A LOT. I hope I sound like a psycho to drive the point home. Hasn't called in over 5 minutes. Phew. Who knows what tomorrow holds. I see these sites with the same reports but besides complaining and sharing stories how do we get this to stop when they're constantly routing calls to new US numbers???

Just received 11 calls from this number today.  The first one was to my cell# where the foreign caller left a voice message and the other 10 were to my work number where the caller got very irate with me and requested to speak to my manager.  I called the Consumer Protection Agency and unfortunately because they are using what they refer to as "burn phones" it is hard for them to track them.  In any event, I am filing a report with everyone who will allow me to and seriously thinking about never doing business on the internet again.

I have been getting calls from this number as well. We are a company and they call asking for one of our employees. Latest name used is Bradley Martin. Do they really think we are stupid. They even threaten to go after our company, I suggested that the call our corp. office and they hung up. I was onto them the first time they called. Now when I get a call, I just let them know we know who they are and what they are doing and not to call this office again.

I recieved a call about my daughter from a heavly accented middle eastern man that started with "she has committed fraud"...and that they were filling charges against her.He used the name Darren Martin. Well anyone that ever met my daughter knows thats a lie, so I immediatley got on the defense.I demanded documentation and to speak with someone else without such a heavy accent because he was so difficult to understand....he said no one else could talk to me......I called the number back demanding information until he told me to quit harrassing him!!!  Hell hath no furry like and angry mom!

I received just about the same senario as the rest of you. I made a police report on these people. I was given the following names: Eddie Smith, Keith Russell, and David Watson. Yesterday they called and said they were from the Dispute Resolution Center and then todays voicemail said they were from The Dept of Law and Investigation. I just think its funny that I could hardly understand anything these people were saying but they have american names. They just told me my case would be downloaded if I dont speak with them ASAP. I gave all of the info provided to me to the police officer I spoke with and he said it is definitely a scam and ignore it. He said if they call me back again to answer and tell them that I know its a scam and that I have made a report to the police.
