received text on my cell phone telling me that my minutes were cancelled. called my carrier who said everything was just fine with my account. BTW after reading more carefully the end of message said it was a SPRINT text message and they are not my carrier

message from Vantage... whomever that may be.  The so-called message says "Vantage alert."  There's a number attached (800) 550-0614.  Have no idea who this may really be.

Just got a text from this number, it was a mess...tried to draw me into contacting them via a header which said "1 or 2".  VERY SUSPICIOUS of this.

got a text Message from this number.  Message as follows: FRM: newgenerations@raq1.raq-it.net MSG: New generations Alert. 602 288 7287
Have never of New Generations nor have I seen either number before.

this is a scam - if you get a new generations alert they are trying to hack your cell phone.

Received a text message to my cell phone Message stated it was
"From: jpmorgan MSG: Chase prepaid alert, call 732-658-5923"
I was unable to call back the number 410.
The 732 number was an automated system asking for my bank credit card numbers!!!!!!!! Seriously, the message stated that to give me the alert, I had to give security information first...most banks call account holders if there is an alert...... Called Chase Fraud with info and was told they will be able to have these numbers deactivated.  NEVER, EVER give personal or private information to unknown callers or text messages/

Some one text with a message that said your wife is cheating on you. They only left initials

I got a text saying that they just got a personal grant and couldn't believe how easy it was. Gave me the website they got it from. Second half of the message was advertising for new tools in Hotmail. In the header of the message it said it was from Debbie Grife, which I'm sure is a bogus name.

I got a text from this number (410-000-0001 and 410-000-0002)  and I replied back telling them I was going to report the their number to the FCC. Hopefully they stop or I swear I will report them.

Got a txt from 410 000 0001 - 0004 said hey then who is this Doug then I replied "stop" so far nothing back

Got 2 texts from this number first said "Kirsten!!!!!" ... I'm a guy. And the other said "I am in need of help". Don't bother answering these dbags.

Have received 16 texts from this number in the last 5 hours! Have replied back with unsubscribe, stop, etc.  Am still receiving them! How do I make is stop!?!?!?

my friend ernest who i actually know and talk to all the time has been texting me about stuff like when were going to chill later and [***].
im not sure what company its with though, because he doesnt actually have a cell phone?

Mine say that they are from Windows Live. Not sure how to get a hold of someone at Microsoft to let them know that their program is sending out spam texts. I am up to 18 texts now!  I keep texting back "unscubscribe" but my carrier says that it may take 24 hours for them to stop. It is driving me crazy!

I've been getting the same thing from Windows Live.  I've tried texting STOP and it doesn't stop.  This has been going on for 2 days.  The number starts with 1-410-000, then the last 3 numbers change.  I'm up to 1-410-000-034.  That means I've had 34 messages from this.  I tried calling AT&T and they said they can't stop it.  They can only change my number...which I don't want!

If anyone knows how to stop this, please let me know!

I keep getting a series of messages from Windows Live.  Number is 1-410-000, then the last 3 numbers keep going up.  I'm up to 1-410-000-039.  I tried typing stop and unsubscribe and they won't stop.

Then is has different advertisements.  One of them is :
