This is a debt collection company that keeps calling my number, everyday, for a person that it not me...and now texting too??

Bizapedia has them in business since 2007 in New Jersey.  New Jersey wants money for any information, but I found a Bizapedia registration in Nevada that lists the head criminals and also note that their charter was revoked:

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of the date of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

I don't even know who this is and I've been getting texts.  I don't even open them.

I am getting obscene texts and don't know how to block them. Collections Agency spamming obscene texts? Is there some law against this?

Does that number look like anything good would come from it? Send them to 7726 for SPAM and your carrier should help you out. Why would crooks care about any laws? Where in the US would a legitimate collection agency send obscene texts from numbers like that?

Wanted me to download malware, said they froze my Netflix account ha ha. I don’t have a Netflix account

From tel # 410 100 0003 Your tacking number (UPS) then they asked for Credit card # to cover cost to redeliver. Then they asked for SS# and other personal info.

Left a message claiming to be UPS using a tracking number from two years ago.  Apparently UPS has been hacked and records for customers are now out there.

they sent me a text message from  410 100 0003. It said "FRM: BankACCOUNT SUBJ: Card alert pleas call them at 210 510 9886 Id*MSG: D
GRNETRPGYUDYOTUBBLJVXIIQMROHIFSZDBCSO"
That is all the message i got.
