It's NCO, they're in Connecticut; they've been calling me for two months straight. They're a collection agency, and it is a robocall. They are totally illegal and have been fined many times, but they continue. I don't know why; I don't owe anybody anything and I can't figure out what they get from this harassment. They are part of Capitol One, the credit card company, so  I suggest you boycott Capitol One, if you can, I don't have one of their cards, so this is just plain harassment for no reason except I returned their call once and told them to stop. DON'T DO THAT! You'll never get rid of them then, because then you're in their system.

I have heard the only way to stop them is to send a cease and desist letter by registered or certified mail. But then they're likely to just call from one of their other numbers. You can also have the number blocked, but that is at your expense. There really ought to be a law that requires phone providers to allow you to block these kinds of harassment calls at no charge.

And believe me, it is hard to abide by the "watch your language" rule on this site when describing these lowlifes. There is hardly a word that is adequate that doesn't violate the rule. they are simply the worst company out there.

I received a call from this number as well.  Funny thing is I received the notorious Mike Matthews 210-892-1134 phone call as well the same day, aproximately 1:48 minutes apart.  Is there there an affiliation!!!!!!!!!

this number keeps calling, never leaves msg, scammers, real legit businesses call during decent business hours and leave complete msgs, in my opinion.

If you use a computer to call me, or don't leave a msg, or keep calling over and over again, YOU ARE A SCAMMER as far as I'm concerned

They have called me twice in one day. I tried to call back the first time and it sounded busy. Well the second time i tried to call it said somthing about your call may be monitered. This thing is a scam!! The lady that answered kept asking for account number! I asked what this was in regards to and she said "this is from capital 1, can i please get ur account #" well i hung up on that person! Since then no call at all! I recommend that you call capital one directly! These people are calling during wierd times and why would that number sound buzy if its an 800 #? AHHH u see!! SCAMS!!!!!

got repeated dead calls from 410-202-0069 over the past week

I got 7 calls from these people today on my cell phone. When I answer they hang up on me. If I dont answer no message. They are eating up the minutes on my cell phone. I sent an email to abuse@capitalone.com and told them I was going to sue them for using up my cell phone minutes. FYI you cant block calls on a cell phone I asked my carrier. Phone company charges 5.00 a month and you can block up to 10 numbers.

Multiple calls from this company......funny thing is, we paid our Capital One card off last week (account was always in good standing, never a late payment or overlimit, but they were raping us with the interest rate increases) and they still keep on harassing us. We will never use Capital one again....card is shredded and I say "good riddence!" NCO LEAVE US ALONE!!!!!

Called on a Sunday no message.

Just talked to these idiots. They claim they were looking for someone. I told them there was no one here by that name and they had until end of business today to remove my number or I would be suing them for harrassment.

This is making me so mad these people just don't get it they call on one number and if i don't pick up they call from a diff number and they start asking me questions about my sister i have told them over and over that she does not live here they have the wrong number we don't even live in the same county she is 2 1/2 hours away from me and please STOP calling i get about 7 to 10 calls a day and been going on for ever

Lots of calls from this number - we don't have a Capitol One card...no reason for them to call us.

Continued and annoying calls from this number that I have learned is NCO collections. I have no outstanding debt, but what really gets me is it is always a machine. Well in my opinion if they are trying to get a hold of somebody, the least they can do is have a human on the phone. Screw them!!!

8:55pm...the 5th time they've called today...no messages any time...picked up the first one.....and nothing....if it is capital one..my bill is paid...card is almost paid off....What is the issue that you need to call THIS late at night?

They are calling me & have also sent me USPS mail.The letter I got in the mail says I owe $28 for a History Chanel.com video.
I have not ordered  or recived a video from them & I am not going to pay for a video I did not get!

Someone at this number called eight times today. I received no answer the first few times that I picked up. When they called an eighth time there was silence at first and the person on the line asked for my brother-in-law by name. I said that "he does not live here" and they hung up on me. After that there were no more calls. A shy misdirected bill collector?

Called my CELL phone on friggin NEW YEAR's DAY (a HOLIDAY fer chrissake). Left no message, and of course I didn't answer as I had no idea who the number belonged to. Guess they're getting good overtime money to harass people.
