Message was left saying he was with HUD and needed a lender in my area.  I am a Realtor but not a lender.  I did not call back - I assumed they wanted to try to get me to advertise on their website????

Has called a few times and left messages.

We just got the same call..  Guy left a message to speak w/a loan officer here.. He has some prequalified buyers in Virginia for him.  DEFINITE sales call.  He also gave this # to call, 443-603-1039

got a call from them to advertise on there site call back number was 443-603-1030 I tried it had 6 closings in 5 months glad i called back

Got a call from chris and it turned out to be about getting a exclusive county for real estate reo and buyer coverage, I tried the service and turned out to be a great business venture, have gotten a some good buyers and investors from it. I have closed 4 transactions so far this month.

The number I had was 443 837 1174 to call back and you may want to check it out it worked for me and it could work for you. Foreclosures and Reos are happening.

I keep receiving calls from 410-268-3310, the same as the rest of you.  My cell is registered to the National Do Not Call list but they keep calling.  They say they are from HUD but when you call back the recording answers US HUD which is not HUD.  All I can say is BEWARE!!!

Guy called and this voicemail on my cell phone (obviously a telemarketer):

"Hi Tricia.  This is Rich Neiman with US Hud.  I just came across your ActiveRain page and I wanted to give you a call.  I have got some folks that are looking into the foreclosure market in _______ County and I need a buyer's agent to work with them.  If you could give me a call back at my office and I can go over the details with you, my office number is 443-837-1181 and again that's Rich Neiman with US Hud.  Thank you."

Ha ha!  You obviously work for "US HUD".  Too funny.

I think "Agent Man" and "HManny1" are the same person.  What does everyone else think???

Yeah, I got the same call from Scott from US HUD. The only propblem was on my caller ID it had the name " HEAVY HAMMER IN". I don't think I'll be calling them back.

Claimed to be with HUD, which was a down right LIE.  Basically selling leads and advertising but misrepresenting who they are.  Just another scammer.

obviously a fake. these calls are getting really annoying.

Got the same call a few minutes ago.  Guy's name was Paul Grub.  I called back and told him that my number is on the DNC Registry and suggested that he cross-check his numbers that he scrubbed from the internet against the DNC registry...unless his company was up for paying lot's of fines, etc.  His only reply "It was good talking to you, Tim"...I noted a bit of 'tude in his voice!
