Calling constantly ---automated call

Caller ID said Energy Service.

The scammers (most of them use the same phone connection service) have apparently changed all the numbers they spoof. I block numbers with my Panasonic cordless phone (it can block 250 numbers, as well as calls that don't show any number, so my phone doesn't ring much any more and it's usually blessedly quiet. But so far this week (it's only Thursday!) I've already had 8 calls from the various scammers (Energy Service, Cleaning Service, Power Center, a spoof of Uncommon Goods, and some with no name that just say Out of Area). I've blocked them all, and hopefully things will settle down again for awhile - at least until they change their numbers again.

Incidentally, most of the new numbers are in area codes that are local to me (410 and its overlay, 240). That makes it more likely that less knowledgeable people will think it's someone they know, or an actual local company, and pick up the phone. Since they're just spoofing the numbers, it's easy enough for them to tell the computer to spoof a number in the same area as the phone it is dialing.

The telemarketer scammers at 410-387-7461 refused to allow me to talk thier supervisor.  I was called by them every other day. I ansewerd the phone and asked for a supervisor. After asking to speak to a supervisor I was transferred to another scammer. I ask for a supervisor again and was once again transferred. Lastly, I got a representative named Oscer who told me the suervisors were busy(yeah right). I was abuptly hung up on after I ask again. I will track down a supervisor. Unprofessional telemarkers

CID said ENERGY SERVICE left message saying to call about lowering utility rate as indicated on latest bill. Never mentioned company name.  They keep calling every day.
