I recived this number on my cell i thought i missed a call and called it back got a message saying this number is not assigned

Same thing happened to me called my house twice no one talks when I answer called it back says this number has not been assigned

same here. what is this???

They keep calling me as well.  I told them to remove me from their list and get a life.

Just got a call from this number today (09/26/12), and a real person was on the other end.  She identified herself as representing some electric power company and wanted to talk me into switching from Choptank Electrical Co-Op.  When I asked not to be called again, she hung up.

Thank you for letting us know who it is ! They just called my house again wasn't able to get to the phone in time and again if you try and call back it says number no assigned

Thanks for letting us know who they are. i am on choptank electric and that is none of the numbers we have for them ...Dang scammers

I've got Delmarva Power and got 2 calls from them today.  1st time, it showed up on caller ID with a name of IV.  This time, it showed Church Creek.

The girl tried to misrepresent herself as being from Delmarva.  When I told her I was on the DO NOT CALL LIST,  she kept on with her sales pitch, trying to confuse me.  When I asked her if this was a sales pitch to try and get me to switch power companies, she stated she was calling about the power generation bill of my Delmarva bill and how she could save me money.  I told her again and again I was not interested in switching, I was on the DO NOT CALL LIST and I wanted to be taken off their list, she hung up on me.

BTW, she was RUDE!!!

I do not want to get further calls from 410-397-0063.  I've been called several times at inconvenient times...only for no one to be there.

I work two jobs and take care of my senior Mother.  No time to deal with this!

KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER (1-401-397-0063) TRIED TO LOOK IT UP...SAYS IT IS COMING FROM WINGATE OR CRAPO MARYLAND THROUGH CORE COMMUNICATIONS..VERY ANNOYING...TRIED CALLING BACK..GOT RECORDING SAYING THIS NUMBER IS NOT ASSIGNED..FILED A COMPLAINT WITH FEDERAL DO NOT CAL REGISTRY TODAY!

WELL..I GOT ANOTHER CALL FROM THESE PEOPLE, AND I FOUND OUT WHO THEY ARE...THEY ARE "STARION ENERGY" AND THEY ARE TRYING TO GET PEOPLE TO SWITCH FROM DELMARVA POWER TO THEM...I HAVE TURNED THEM IN TO THE NATION DO NOT CALL REGISTRY BY FILING A COMPLAINT, BUT I THOUGHT I WOULD LET EVERYONE KNOW WHO THEY ARE...:)

Thanks Joe for your info, those idiots from Starion Energy did the same thing to me, They have called me three times a day for the last three days when you answer the phone no one is there. Tonight at 8 pm they called again and this time someone was on the other line started out stating that next month my electric bill will be reduced. I asked the name of the company and she said starion I asked her if she was apart of Delmarva Power and she did not answer me. You can't save money if they try to charge you for switching. I hung up on her after asking not to be called again. This is very bothersome. I am also on a do not call list so what good is that stupid think. Who is selling our phone numbers to these creeps.

Bev the same thing has been happening to me the. Finally someone was on the other end she said she was from starion and she knows I have Delmarva and that she was calling to let me know our bill was going to be reduced next month the proceeds to say i just have to confirm some information then starts to say my address I cut her off and said sorry no and hung up !  Hope they don't call back again !!!

Keep recieving calls from this # & they dont say anything but keep calling on a daily basis. Its driving us insane. We even added our # to the National DO NOT CALL registry & yet they r still getting thru. This needs to stop NOW.

This number called twice today. Actually my only two calls today were from them. They just called, my little girl answered, she asked "who is speaking please?" as she's been taught to do, and they hung up!! What kind of idiot hungs up on a 12 yr lit girl. SOB's !

This number 410-397-0063  has called my house twice since I got home from work today and when I say hello there is no one at the other end. I am glad I found this site so I know who they are. I have a whistle next to my phone so if they call back and there is someone on the other end they are going to have a shrill whistle in their ear. Someone came to my door about a week ago trying to get me to switch from Delmarva Power. I kept saying no and they would not stop with their sales pitch. I finally shut the door in their face. I am wondering if it is the same company as this phone number.

Thanks for those that have posted their findings.  I've been getting calls from this number for the past several days, again, nobody responds when you answer the phone.

Yes, I recieved a call from this # on 10/2/12 410-397-0063. He said he was from --- energy. Couldn't understand him. Said he would save me 15% on eletric bill. I said I was with Constillation and he continued to ask my address Ect and I said I was with constillation for a year contract . He hung up on me. So after reading the post it was Staition? energy so don't sign with them cause they have terrible customer service:(
