Listed as 'moderate spam activity' when looking up. Originates in Pikesville MD from a landline.
Hangs up.

Says from the Fraternal Order of Police... hung up on him.

Called and left no message. Usual nuisance call.

Only said "hello hello there's no message I'll call back" and hung up on me, jerk!

Called at 800pm Tuesday Nite,  December 30th,  2014 and hangup no message...Unknown shows in the caller ID.  

Called me during day on 01/02/15.  After saying hello twice, I heard nothing but silence.  I hung up.

Called by this number no one on the other end. When returned call nothing but silence.

Called on my fax line, hope he got an ear-full of computer yelling and beeps

Called here around 3 pm. Caller ID just said Out of Area. I monitor messages as they come in; they didn't say a word - but they waited silently until they heard the beep before they hung up, because I could hear the disconnect.

Caller Type: Appears to be the Fraternal Order of Slime trying to intimidate more $$$ out of folks who can't afford the basics already. *69's the slime back and didn't even get a ring, dead silence.

I consider a call at 8:45PM to be rude.  That's when I got a call from this number, today.  I answered it, because just moments before, a friend whose husband is dying had called me, asking for our pastor's number.  Since my pastor and this scammer have the same area code, I was duped into answering a call, from a number I didn't recognize, thinking it could have been my pastor or another church friend.  This is how these idiots get through, sometimes, to people like me who are adamant about ignoring such calls.  But, as has been reported, above, there was no response to my one hello, so I hung up immediately.  If it is the FOP, I'm glad I did.  

I hung up on him too.

Received on voice mail.  Hello,  Hello,  is anybody there.  Then they hung up.  No Message.

I guess they are not used to voice mail messages that say  "Sorry I am not home at the moment but if you leave a message..."

Everytime there is a media event, locol or nationwide, about police matters, these a holes start calling for money.

Second call, from this number, came today at 5:29PM, est.  Forewarned by the first call, I knew it was probably FOP and ignored the call.  Is there ever a message left?  NOT!

called i recognized the voice and the FOP message had heard it and blocked other numbers from them before just keep adding to my block list

I called them back and they said they would add me to the do not call list and apologized. Sounded strange though, couldn't tell if it was a real person or automated.

I agree with you. Not only is it rude, it's unprofessional as well to be calling someone after 8:00 PM seeking donations.
They called me on January 9th 2015 at 9:00 PM and like the rest of us, no VM was left.
