Have received this call - left no message. Just called again and left voicemessage.

Message supposedly for Tryone and my last name. Message (sounded Like old man) said to speak with Mrs. Brown at this number immediately.  I didn't respond.

i just got a call from this number.voicemail he left a saying that this is Jamel Davis from the legal department of America's Financial Trust and it very Important that I call him right away . I called it back and I was told that thier system was down and to call back in 10 mins . when i question who the co was the guy blow up at my a said I TOLD YOU TO CALL BACK [***]. I am reporting this to my local sherriff office and I will post back on what the sherriff office advises me to do. This is the second weird call I have gotten in the last month.

I got several calls from this number for about two weeks left on my voicemail saying this was a financial matter and asking that I call her back regarding an important matter with me and my son.  Then my neighbor across the street got a call from the same woman, Sylvia Jones asking about me and my son.  This is harrassment!  who can I refer this too?

phone call saying i owed a bail bond from 2006 which i knew was paid said they were going to garnish my check if this wasnt paid , i know it was already paid 6 years ago

Same thing happened it me! They gave me two hours and said if I didn't pay they would garnish my wages. Do NOT answer and calls from this number!

Got an email from theses clowns. Wanted to rent my codo.  Wanted all my info.  Beware. No such people

I did not answer as I did not recognize the number. I called back later to see who it was and they advised they were an "investigative firm" and who was I? I refused to tell them and was abruptly and rudely told I must be hiding something because I would not answer. I terminated the call.

I was called at work from this number. I picked up and answered with "This is John", as I usually do, and a man asked "Is this John Smith?" I said No, because my last name isn't Smith, to which he responded "FOR CRYING OUT LOUD YOU JUST SAID YOU WERE JOHN SMITH", I told him that I wasn't. He asked if he was calling <the name of my company> and I confirmed that he was. He then told me "I'm an investigator so you'd better be careful what you say". I then told him that he had the wrong number and hung up.

Keep getting phone calls from someone named Ginny about a 8 year old bail that was paid in full

Some joker named Mr. Williams calls me and tells me he's going to issue a warrant for my daughter for theft of service since she signed for a bail for her loser ex-boyfriend. I told him to go f*ck himself since a civil case cannot turn into a criminal case.

've received several calls from some clown named Tony Williams from this number (american financial trust) about a bail bond I paid in full four years ago. Of which I still have both receipts. I told him I have the paid receipts and I have legal representation. He kept calling back demanding money or he would have a "body attachment" placed on me. Obviously, they don't know the law. It would be a civil matter not criminal and I made sure to keep proof of his constant calls in my phone as I have asked them to stop (per my lawyer). These clowns won't get a real job so they'll try to hustle people out of money. Dont fall for it.

This call from a Mike Turner with America's Financial is some sort of scam.  He told a lie on my machine.  Do not speak to this perosn

I have been called by two different individuals from this number in the last six months. Sylvia Jones and a male by the name of Derrick. They have left rude and harassing messages about a matter that was cleared nine years ago pertaining to a bail bondsman.

Play on names with US Financial Trust of America shows in FL, AZ,NE, BBB reports and all with alerts and out of business signs. So what predatory telemarketing firm and what debt collection network do you work for? Deceptive fraudulent and unfair business practices. Preying on the elderly, vulnerable, and uninformed.

This company keeps calling me  name was mike Turner and harassing me about a bails bond and he stated that he is placing a body attachment for my arrest. Mind you he is calling my parents house and I am not working. He has contacted my mothers place of employment and she has told him already do not call her job..... They are very rude. In the case of calling my mom's job they told the operator that it was something wrong with my little brother. Thinking it was an emergency the mom picked up in a frantic. Who does that. This is a very bad tactic.

I've been getting calls from Sylvia Jones & a middle eastern man name Charles "Bond" ... They have been harassing me and my family for a bond that was paid over two years ago.. Since my attorney has told me to no longer answer their calls they are now calling my family members i.e. my elderly parents ...They said if we do not pay the $2000 they will garnish wages/put a lien on anything that I own ... Sylvia told me that the sheriff will come into my home and put post it notes on things that will add up to the amount that we owe and those items will be ceased and if the items do not belong to me that the owner of said items will need to show receipts proving that they own The items and not me. These people need to learn the law!!!! I have yet to see any documentation that these people are indeed a real legit company. They have no website .. I have not received any mail from this company .. Yet they expect me to give them my credit card or bank information for $2000 over the phone!! Something needs to be done about these people!!!!! Both Sylvia and Charles have screamed and used profanity at both myself and my family members on numerous calls.. Both them and their business is just downright shady!!!  There needs to be a class action suit against these people and their so called "company" .. I graduated college with a business degree and this is NO WAY to do business .. STRAIGHT HARASSMENT!!!

American Financial Trust States on their website that they follow "all FDCPA rules and regulations" Please people if you are getting calls from anyone at American Financial Trust CLICK on the website below and READ YOUR RIGHTS  .... They are breaking so many laws it's unbelievable!!!!

I just got a call from these jokers and that's what they are.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING!  They threaten you that they will take me to Civil Court and I told him to go ahead and he got very rude.  They told me $4000 and when I had my husband call them back he told my husband it was $10,000.  They won't produce any paper work at all.  Be aware of these jerks.
