Calls everyday very annoying

Caller ID displays missed call from this number. No message.

Received a call today from this number as well. Did not answer. Caller unknown.

calls EVERY DAY, how annoying

Calls several times a day nearly every day for the last several months.  I never pickup.  They hang up without a message, but they leave a buzz tone.

ID shows DPL EWR when I answer nothing is said so I just hung up

It is Delmarva Power with an Energy Savings Program.

This number (410-622-3635) calls several times a day nearly every weekday for the last month.  Caller ID shows DPL EWR when I answer nothing is said. I tried calling Delmarva Power to have this stopped.  The voicemail system gives me the runaround for 20 minutes then it insisted that that had to wait for nearly an hour before getting assistance.  When I finally got a the Customer Service representative, she played played "dumb".  Apparently putting me on their "Do not call" list was beyond her understanding.  Since I am a customer, they can legally harass me this way with impunity.   When did this kind of behavior become acceptable?

That's so ridiculous. They just called me. Hung up after 2 rings. I called back and heard a recording say hold for next agent. I hung up.

EVERYDAY... 2 or more times.

Same as the above...caller ID says DPL EWR.  I get 2 to 3 calls a day, I never answer.
