It is fraud, they want money! Their from another country, they will try to intimidate you there from the state treasurer blah, blah, blah. They always say, "God Bless You."  I called them back many times and told them I am an officer, I am from the angency's you need your green card updated.  They will not stop unless you put a stop to them.  I called the police department and filed charges.  The problem is once one number gets shut down, they call from another number, same accent even though they try to speak English!  They are not from this country.  They have a scam going unless we all start filling out paper work at the Police Department, we cannot shut them down permitantly!

These phone calls do state Waterloo Maryland.  I contacted Maryland's police dept.  via email to see if they could do anything about this, considering it does state it is a land line. I have not looked on my mom's computer to see if the Police Dept contacted me through her email.  These Afganistans or whatever country they are from have been harassing me over a year now.  I am sick and tired of this, I am willing to do any means necessary to shut them down permitantly!  I will go all the way up if I have to.  First, I tried to ignore them, but that did not work, now they really make me angry.  They even have the odessity to call me at WORK!  I am sick and tired of them, I want them shut down!   I filled out a police report and if enough of us do this, they will be caught.

I too am getting harassed by a gentleman who sounds Indian. It's been going on for a while now. I can barely understand what he is saying and he always ends the call with "...if you do not return my call, it is on you...good luck."

I received call from them, they threatened me and said he is an officer.I know most of my rights and told him to mail the affidavit to me. He got argumentative . Who do I contact to make a complaint?

I just Recieved a call from this number. The said there from the FBI financials. He stated I will have a police officer at my door step if I don't call him back. He has a Indian accent. And I called back and it says it's a magic jack phone numberg

"Brad Cooper" called from this number and demanded to speak with a fellow employee.  He claimed to represent a federal agency and was demanding money.  Clearly a scam.

I am receiving phone calls from this number demanding to speak to an employee.  The first time he called he said he was with the FBI and I had 10 minutes to get my employee to the phone.  I got my employee to call him and was informed that it was a scam.  Brett Cooper keeps calling me from this number telling me if I hang up he will call right back, and he does.  20 times in one day.  I filed a police report, but since he is not local, there is really nothing that can be done.  He needs to be stopped.
