    Unsolicited, unwanted phone call from Pepco. When I told them I didn't want unsolicited calls, the woman on the line argued back that they weren't a for-profit business. I asked if she would respect my wish to be removed from her list, or if I needed to speak to her manager, at which point she complied. Annoying.
