Called and my phone showed a voice mail, checked the voice mail and it sounded like someone talking in the background and also sounded like someone laughing????????? Who knows!!!!!!

Very rude and annoying.

Caller showed up as 561.  When I said "Hi 561, did you have a nice Mother's Day" they hung up...

I would recommend contacting your local states attorneys office to report your call especially if it comes up SSI.
There is no governmental agency that uses only the letters SSI on the phone calls.
The more calls that are reported then it gives the law a higher chance of going after them.
Please make sure that you renew your do not call for all of your phone numbers at least once a year for Landlines and cellphones. Any Business or organization that you provide your landline or cellphone number to will sell your number.

Please go to this website to request that they do not call you any more as they are claiming they are exempt from the DO NOT CALL LIST.

Well....Got it again. but it took them from April till now (August) to try me again. This time I didn't even answer. Caller ID shows SSI. Left no message.

4 nights in a row this number calls and nobody on the line. Someone needs to block this number at Verizon !

This number continues to call late into evening.  The caller id shows SSI 410-803-5549 never leaves a message.  Annoying calls and tired of it.  I pay verizon for a private number which is extra, we are on the DNC list and still get these calls.  I am reporting this number to social security and the attorney generals office, this is getting to be very very harassing and I am sick of it.

If the caller was the REAL "SSI" (Survey Systems International), they are a legitimate survey organization.
Therefore, they are exempt from the Do Not Call prohibitions.  You did read that before you signed up, didn't you?

If it is the REAL "SSI" you can either tell the caller to stop calling, or you can go to their website and opt-out.  They actually stop or opt out, if asked.  (If the caller was the REAL "SSI").

caller id shows SSI at the same number.  I am reporting them to FCC....this is outright fraud.  Tired of these calls, very annoying!  Let FCC handle them and GOOGLE.  It's getting old and they sre going to be sued!

They called me last night and again just now...it shows up as SSI...i guess they thought i answered but was my answering machine,lol.  She said her name is Grace and they are taking some kinda of policy survey.

Seeing SSI some may think its for disability benefits.

This number has called two or three evenings in a row. Last night it was 8:30. They leave no message.

Keep calling me late calls too...shows SSI....total frauds.

Saturday April 30, 2016 - I got a hang up call from 410-803-5549 to my cell phone number that is on the national do not call list. The 4 days before this, I got 2 calls from 410-934-0963 to my same cell number, which others report is also SSI. My caller ID for the calls from both of these numbers did not include or transmit the letters SSI, just a number.

That's because it ISN'T really them, it's a scammer spoofing numbers trying to get information so they can commit identity theft
