Yes the same thing happens to me..they have been calling me for a wk now and called me 5 times today and my phone said I had 2 voicemails, but they did not say anything at all. I called them back and of course they are closed already, but will be calling me tomorrow for them to leave me alone and if not I'm going to report them and hope you all do also.

Very, VERY annoying Debt collectors. They interrupt me on my work every hour on the hour, when I'm trying to make the money that I owe! They call me from 830am to 730pm! Leave me alone! And WHEN they call they dont leave a message!
And calling me from like 8 different numbers? Riddiculous!

Yes. They are NCO COllections and they are very persistant. They call multiple times a day even after I have already spoken to someone. They either leave no voice mail or they leave a blank one. When they call and I am able to answer the call....they never say anything and hang up on me. I call them back every time but they continue to call throughout the day. They are rude and sneaky and very, very pushy. There are times I have talked to 5 people in a  day and that 6th person is still pushy and rude. Other number they are using are:

Yes. I have all these numbers saved in my phone because that is how many different numbers they have called from. And those are just the ones I started saving after a month or so!!! There is more. I have never NOT called them back and they still use different numbers to try and trick me. You can't trick someone who is in constant contact with you EVERY time you call. And I mean every. 7 times a day?? I call them back 7 times!!!!!

do you know they are breaking many laws by calling you so many times a day over and over, especially if you have already spoken to them. Also if they are being rude and if they call you at work and you tell them you are not allowed to receive calls at work, they are required to not ever call you at work again.  Please look up / google  THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT
As amended by Public Law 104-208, 110 Stat. 3009 (Sept. 30, 1996)  you have rights and the more you know what your rights are, you will be able to express those violations to the person/persons calling and if know you are educated about the collection practice and law - then they will stop harassing you. If they don't you can actually take them to court.  best of luck.

These idiots have been calling from separate numbers and no messages.  Irritating going to add contact as NCO scammers and their numbers to block them all  

I've made the mistake of paying one of these "debt collectors" with only a verbal agreement between myself and thier collector....needles to say I've got no proof of my payment and still recieve bills and calls ,careful with these people.

Yes the predatory spineless cowards of NCO Group, EGS, APAC along with their network of Allied Interstate, and Portfolio recovery. NCO Group will deny calling when you call even though it's a disclosed number. Then starts all their nondisclosure calls like surveys, security systems, non profit organizations. Calls to family including your elderly, vulnerable family members are non stop. They only act like their ethical professionals it's through their actions that you know what kind of deceptive, distorted, unfair business practices they use. Write their headquarters BBB http://www.bbb.org/washington-dc-eastern-pa/b ... ham-pa-80002360 then write your state attorneys office and expose them for all their contempt of rules and regulations.

Why don't you send them a certified cease and desist,  with signature requested letter?  And when you tell them to cease and desist all telephone contact,  be sure to include a statement saying that the notice includes all of their affiliated,  associated,  and subsiderary businesses or any others whom they are associated.

yes, funny how you have to tell them that includes all networks including their non-complaint networks. The non-compliant networks/BPO's/telemarketers do all their dirty work while they sit there all smug lying through their teeth about how they didn't call you. What can you expect from cowardly predators disquised as "just doing their jobs?" Some Debt Collectors are on the lowest rung of the evolutionary ladder IMO! Preying on the elderly, vulnerable and children if not on the law books should be and there is NO excuse good enough for that!

I did some research on this.  NCO has had MANY complaints against them as well as lawsuits.  If they are bothering you, you may want to call this # 800-668-3247.  That is a NY law firm who has successfully stopped them from calling and bothering people and at the same time managed to get $1000 for recipients of calls from them.   They will even call you as late as 8:45 pm which from what I've been told is completely illegal for any debt collector to do.

They call at all hours from sbout 12 different numbers.  Bakruptcy attorney cant even get them to stop. They stop ftom one number but call from a new one. 2 AM is not vool gor phone calls.

I keep getting calls all day long and all week long and as early as 7am! wish it would stop. I don't know who they are.  I am in collections with anybody !!

Unfortunately they can call anytime between 8 am and 9pm, However, if you tell them that calling you at a certain time is not convenient they they are suppose to abide by that and not call you during that time.  Calling you at work is not allowed.

[***] from NCO calling on Memorial Day holiday!!! Started getting calls about a week ago - from ALL of these #'s, all of a sudden. Callers not identified and they NEVER leave a message. I will be sending a C&D letter to their HQ. Since I am recently unemployed, I have TIME to monitor these calls and will file suit against them myself. IF they'd been doing this to my work number, that would have been cause for firing. Feel sorry for anyone they are harassing at work.
