This is a scam they employ Captain America himself, Steve Rogers. They say that you have been approved for a loan and want you to activate a PayPower card with a good faith payment. Then they want you to add money to cover the maintenance fees for the card. The next phone call that you get is asking you to add even more money because they require insurance due to bad credit. At this point the release a "PIN" to you that will not work and when you tell them it didn't work, it's because the FTC has flagged the PIN because you now owe taxes on the loan. Never mind the fact that the IRS is the taxing agency not the FTC. Stay away from these people who only want to take your money under false pretenses.

This number keeps calling me telling me i was appoved for a loan when i haven't signed up for a loan. I told them to stop calling but someone continued to call
