they call continually continually asking for the person handling our merchant services....i have asked repeatedly to be taken off the list but they do not do so.....who can i report these people to please???

they continually call our business..disguising their nubmer.....i have talked to so many people there asking to take us off their list...and evidently they refuse!!!  i am going to buy a horn at the dolar store and blow it in their ear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

....OH...and if you call the number back it is a NON WORKING NUMBER!!!!! LOL  sometimes the number actually comes in with different people's names attached to it hoping that you will anser them.....

the business where I work got a call from this number from Richard with Merchant Services. He asked to speak with out accounts payable about a policy change. It sounded odd so I googled the number and found this information. I then tld hm that the person he should speak with was unavailable and if I could take a message He wanted me to transfer him to a voice mail to leave a message, which is not our company policy.  When I asked again if I could take the message, he got irritated with me and asked my name. I gave it to him asked him for his full name, company, number, and brief message, to which he got very upset and hung up.  

I save the number into my phone and name it "No Droid"  for do not answer it a droid!

i know i posted before...but they are still at it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM GOING TO BUY A BOAT HORN AND USE IT ON THEM NEXT TIME!

Get a call about once a month. No human or robotic message on the other end. Called back and recording says number is not in service. Very annoying and strange.

My business got a call from a female who asked to speak to the manager; used his name and proceeded to try and verify if he handles our merchant services.  When I asked for additional information about her company, she told me that I was "getting very confrontational", asked for my name and stated she will be reporting me to my manager.  I told her  "knock yourself out, he'll be back at 2".  She hung up. Can't wait for the next call.  

This number just called, woman asked if I knew about the increase to our merchant account, I told her our business did not use a merchant account in which she said something rude and hung up.  If there is anyway to report these people please let me know!

I have had the same experience with them calling every few days. I will now be blocking their number.

these people continually call....never leave a message...i returned their call just now. the guy stated HE did not call our business but will find out who did and take our number off....let's see if this will happen....i will definitely report and also get an air horn from the dollar store and use it next time they call!!!

Called three times in a row without leaving message. Will be blocking number now after reading everyone's comments. Haha but I like the foghorn idea! Also uses 410-919-9250.

Arrrrgh, this number has called us three times today! The first time I said I was instructed by the owner to ask to be taken off the list. He said okay. The second time when I said I was not the owner but the manager and I have authority to answer she hung up on me. I called back, pressed 0 and told the gal that answered that I'd been hung up on, and asked to be taken off the call list. She said sure thing and very apologetic that I was hung up on. The third time the girl went in to her spiel really fast but sounded like a different company, and at this point I said call us back in a few months. It wasn't until then that I realized that holy crap it was the same number all three times! I called back again and pushed 0 . . . told the guy the same story and that I demand to be taken off the list and he said, "There is no list. We just go online and find your number and call you. You're listed on Yelp, so we're calling you and we'll keep calling you because there is no tracking of who has been called and who doesn't want to be called." ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it's been around 4 or 5 years that we've been getting calls from this number.  We are a small office and literally everyone has asked multiple times to be permanently removed from their list.  And yes, we specifically give them the phone number for removing us.  Never works!   Around a month or so later, they start back up.   When they first started calling, they would ask for the owner or someone in authority.  If we refused and asked to be removed from the list, they would just hang up and call back - sometimes the same day!  Later, they started asking for the person who handles the merchant account.  Same thing.  Ask to be removed - get hung up on.  This morning, they actually asked for a coworker by name.  I repeated that we have asked multiple times to be removed from their list.  The caller, who just asked for an individual by name and knows the name of the company, magically cannot immediately remove us from their list because she doesn't know which number she dialed so could I give it to her.  I was so frustrated with this that I just slammed the phone down in her ear.  I almost felt bad about doing that because I think that's a rude thing to do.  ALMOST felt bad.
